We loved all of the amenities right there at our hotel. Water park, dining, covered parking, entertainment, etc. Kids liked the Wolf den more than Disneyland...huhh....

There were a lot of people at the Lower Level L1 Water Park area that were not Hotel Guests. Not only were they not wearing bracelets...they were entering through the side entrance where Wolf Lodge wooden sofas are located and bringing their own towels and bags of food. I witnessed this while buying Coffee and Donuts at the Grab N Go store. Later on, I saw those very same people and a multitude of other people at the pool areas not wearing bracelets and using different colored towels compared to the Blue and White or Tan and White we were using the 3 days we were there. It's a great place but this kind of security or lack thereof made our entire family feel like we checked in to an exclusive hotel and yet it was open to the Public. When anyone can just self park and walk into the water park

We stayed for three days and not once during that time did a maid come by and drop off towels, remove dirty towels, take trash out or make the beds. It was very disappointing. When you stay at a hotel, we should still have just the basic things that happen on a daily basis especially if you’ve left your room for a significant amount of time to make a vacation feel like one. we were gone literally for 12 hours our first day there and nothing.
