The hotel service was great no complaints. The club level complimentary goodies is a plus Pool was clean and nice. Our room was clean no issues, just the mini fridge is definetly a mini fridge . Wish it had been a bit bigger we stayed almost a week. Also the parking fee was not necessary, the fact we paid a hotel parking fee, and still had to pay for shuttle service was not ok. I did my math after the savings i thought we were makimg, it had been more wise to stay closer to a hotel where the parking lots are located to get shuttled from their . The shuttle service offered was wirh ars , and it was not pleasant. Took too long, late nights after disney was ridiculous, it was like black friday back in the day trying to secure your spot on the shuttle , caring a 4 year old asleep, was not fun. On last day we paid parking at the lot , and wow . Great experience . Not the hotels fault, but they should consider , since they charge for parki.g . Also mot sure whats the purpose of charging for parking, if its not even valet, and not a closed parking lot structure. ...

We stayed at this property for four nights, and this was the best day of our entire trip. All all of the staff at this location are extremely nice and super accommodating anything that we requested was at our door in our hand in less than five minutes it is affordable Spacious clean and has a pool and a hot tub. Transportation is located right out in front if you would like to use the art bus to the park there’s also a target right across the street and a fast food place. This was a great stay and again the staff at Sheraton Garden Grove is amazing ! Front Desk staff and housekeeping were most accommodating.

We were there for 3 nights and loved this hotel!! Excellent service since we checked in with the front desk to the restaurant. All staff was very friendly and hotel was very very clean and nice and quiet atmosphere!! Will definitely be coming back. I highly recommend you to stay here!!

Our toilet was clogged and called front desk and they said maintenance was gone for the night and they would bring a plunger. Never did. Next morning we let them know about it again at the front desk and they said they would fix it while we were gone. Came back and still wasn’t fixed. Called front desk yet again and they finally sent the maintenance guy and he was in and out of the room for about a hour and half and finally got it fixed and was told that the general manager would get ahold of us for a partial refund and it’s been days and have called several times with no response. I advise not to book as they do not follow thru with there word..

The service was amazing . After a 7 hour drive they were very pleasant and welcoming considering it was almost 11pm. I was offered free parking , shuttle service , and free breakfast for staying another night. The rate of the room was reasonable. It was a little smaller than I thought. Pillows were sooooo comfortable. Beds were soft and clean. Bathroom was clean and inviting. They gave me extra towels and even cleaned the room after we left to the park around 12pm. Check out was at 11 am which was perfect so we can sleep in. And they also had a spare room to use a microwave and get a cup of ice. There’s a little store in the hotel too for all your quick needs like Tylenol and extra tooth brushes . My daughter appreciated the snacks. They also had cold waters which was better than the $5 bottles in the room. Location was great . You are father from the park and other hotels , but they have a target right across the street. And there was a pupusa place we wanted to try.Just 3 mins down the street. Definitely recommend if you don’t want to pay the the extra fees and don’t mind being far from the park. The location is much more quiet than the other hotels down the street. Overall it was a nice hotel . Lobby was nice . And the free breakfast was part of the restaurant they had in the hotel. So it was nice to not have your normal “best western free breakfast”. And they had all you can eat buffet. For three people can’t beat it. Thank you to the staff for being so pleasant .
