Let your heart fill with relaxation as you sit on the large balcony (9X25) and listen to the cascading mountain creek below. While some creeks in the area do not flow, this creek flows. The view of the creek and the sound are unbelievable. Located on 1st floor, (no steps, & no elevator to worry with), one floor up from the creek. Condo consist of 2 bedrooms with king size beds. Two full large baths with a Jacuzzi in the master bath. Fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and smooth cooking range. Dining table sits 6 with space for 4 at the counter. Dining chairs feature black leather covering with matching black leather bar stools. Living room has reclining leather sofa and matching reclining rocker. Enjoy the 42'' wall mounted LCD screen TV while you sit by the gas log fireplace in the winter months. TV's in both bedrooms and Blue Ray. Washer / Dryer & Free Local & Free Long Distance calls w/in USA.

Location: The beautiful Gatehouse Condos are located just a little less than a mile from main street Gatlinburg. Coming from Pigeon Forge, you will turn left at the 3rd traffic light, which is Hwy 321 and the condos are a short .9 miles on the right. You will actually turn before you get to the main attractions in Gatlinburg, missing the traffic. When you leave and are going in the direction of Pigeon Forge, which has many attractions and fun things to do, you will miss most of the Gatlinburg traffic. You can drive down to the main street, walk (there are sidewalks all the way) or catch the Trolley which stops across the street. This is the perfect and convenient place to stay in Gatlinburg.

Martha, the owner, is wonderful. She personally cares about each guest. The setting of the condo is beautiful, with the creek outside and the beautiful mountain views. The condo is nice and well furnished. The only downside was that there was a lot of construction and repairs going on at adjacent properties, which made it noisy outside. Of course, that is totally outside of the owner's control. Also, the pillows and bed should have been more comfortable; but still, this is an excellent property in a great setting.

I just don't know where to start. We checked in Friday night and to our amazement we saw a black bear in the creek outside our condo. I would definitely tell people to make your reservations in advance. This was a very pretty place to stay.

I only had a few things that were not 100% to do with the front bedroom..the light coming into the bedroom from the walkway at night...the A/C was a bit loud but we stopped using it at night and it was fine with just the ceiling fan..and the showerhead was very low..and we are not tall..we felt very at home..and would be more than happy to rent again..we spent a lot of time just sitting outside..we did get lost once but got to see a mummy bear and 4 clubs just up the road..all in all it was a nice roomy place very quiet never heard a neigbour..the parking space was a plus with room for our large SUV..

Love everything about this condo and the owners. This is always our first pick. Thank you Martha and Colin! We finally tried Anakesia. Went first thing in the morning and it was awesome. You need to try it! Ate at 2 of our favorite restaurants. When we were done for the day, it was nice to go back to the condo and balcony to relax the rest of the evening. Already looking forward to our next trip!

This was a great place to stay while visiting Gatlinburg, it is close to attractions, shops and restaurants. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed, clean and comfortable. The owners were very easy to communicate with truly cared that we enjoyed our stay. The sounds and view of the creek from the patio added to the experience.

This property was just what our family needed. It was quiet during the evening hours, yet not a far drive from many attractions. My husband absolutely loved listening to the waterfall of the stream right outside the master suite window, and watching for birds on the patio. It was very relaxing! Our kids loved sitting on the patio, and also enjoyed swimming in the pool. They liked that there was a king-sized bed and a television in their room, too. The kitchen included a variety of pots and pans, which was helpful when we were cooking. The dining and patio tables were perfect for our family of four to enjoy meals together around a table. This was our first time to Gatlinburg, but it proved to be an amazing vacation. We were all unhappy when it was time to head home.

I just want to say thank you again for an amazing place and location. It was just my son and I and it was perfect. Would easily be perfect for a full size family also. Place was clean and just as advertised. Super quiet location with a beautiful big deck along the creek/river. Easy 1 mile walk into downtown Gatlinburg for anything you want to do there or in that area. Plenty of food and drinks to be had. Parking spot right underneath the unit in a perfect location Perfect location to all the hiking trail heads to drive to. Pigeon Forge is a close drive as well. Could not ask for anything more. Easy communication with the owner as well Highly recommend this place for your visit and I definitely would come back 5 star

Excellent location
Our stay was great and w/o issue. Ground floor made easy access. Save shopper card for local grocery store. Garage parking for rain, surface parking for when not. Short drive with back roads instructions to far side of Gatlinburg made travel easy even on Memorial Day weekend. Lots of space. Two king beds were welcome.
