Great place! Super clean and easy access to entertainment. The only thing we found that was a huge inconvenience was the parking. It was for one car only and when you’re coming from different areas to meet and spend time together at the locate it becomes crazy. We had to pay for additional parking for one car. Parking was 11 mins away and it was hard managing when going somewhere that we had to drive to/ checking in/out. But the property was very nice and well taking care of .

Great condo with a great location. Walking distance to all the attractions in Gatlinburg. This condo is only a 5min drive to the entrance to The National Park. The condo has everything you need to get started. We have stayed at Baskin Creek numerous times in the past and this was our first time renting a 3 bedroom. We will definitely be looking for this condo again!

We had a nice one night stay. Our cabin rental was only available for 6 nights, and we needed a location for the 7th night. It was a nice location, the condo was very spacious, and the pool was very nice. The pool was private and well kept. There was a bit of a weird smell when we walked in....I thought it might have been a cleaning product. However, I noticed that it got stronger in the room with the two beds, and I realized it was coming from the little water heater closet that is located in the room. It definitely got stronger when I opened that door. So, that is something that maintenance really should look at and take of. Another minor issue, to get to your room you use the elevator in the parking garage. The elevator requires a code. There are also stairs, but the door is locked, and there is no code box, so you can only use it to come down, not up. So you will have to wait on the elevator, (sometimes there was a little line) to get back to your room every time.

2017 Spring Break
Our family spring break 2017 was enjoyable at the Condo in Gatlinburg, everything was clean and fresh upon our arrival. The condo was very nice, the basics were supplied as stated and everything worked well in the condo. I would say I did think it was odd the master bathroom did not have a door to close it off from the bedroom, only the bedroom door into the hallway. Once finding the building and knowing the parking was under it in the “basement” everything went very smoothly for us, our boys enjoyed seeing the local raccoon that seemed to have found a jackpot area for treats near the elevator. The distance was walk-able to the main street in Gatlinburg and although a very busy week for the area we enjoyed the downtown stores and restaurants. We took in the mountain trails and hiked some and took a long hike to a waterfall, white water rafted and took in Pigeon Forge as well. Nice area, nice condo, the Smoky Mountains were beautiful.

Where to begin.. this room is decorated beautifully. The room was very clean. Comfy beds too! We always stay at basking creek but this room was our favorite so far. We hadn't ever stayed in a 3 bedroom either because they were always booked up, we had plenty of room for our party of 7. View was great, we will definitely be booking again for next trip!

Beautiful condo! Perfect location!
My family and I stayed in the condo for long weekend. I have teenagers and a grown daughter and a 3 year old grandson. The condo itself was very clean, nicely decorated and spacious enough for my family to be together in common areas and each have privacy, as well. The building was secure and the use of codes to access the elevator and room door was convenient for us; no keys requured! The location to downtown Gatlinburg was perfect; we could walk to the Parkway in about 5 minutes and/or drive to the Parkway or 321 within minutes. We had a wonderful stay with absolutely no complaints about our accommodations.
