The best hotel in Gatlinburg
We love staying here. It's pur favorite place to stay in Gatlinburg. It has a trolley stop right in front that will drop you off on the strip and pick you back up to take you to the hotel. My kids love their indoor pool in summer and winter. We stayed during New Years and they had a hot chocolate bar in the lobby with the sweetest lady making it. It was free with stay!!! We loved it. It felt like a Hallmark movie hotel!! We don't look at anywhere else to stay because we love it so much. Take my advice book and get a balcony room!! We watched the snow fall from our balcony!

Nice little hotel.
We stayed for New Year's Eve...right on the (free, in Gatlinburg) trolley route, so we trolley'd down to the restaurant we were to eat at, then back, wonderful when you have members of the group who are limited on their walking distances. Also had a view of the top of the Needle to see the fireworks....really fun! The pool is lovely, and the extra hour tacked on the hours it is open that is adult only is nice. Kids love pools, but adults need that break!

Outside of the property looks very nice and free parking. The room while clean is in need of a makeover. It’s nice that you can walk right down to the street where all the fun it at.

Room was clean. The chair was broken but we.just sat our suitcase on it and sat on the beds. The indoor pool area was really cold maybe 60 degrees. The water was warm but the hot tub was filled with kids even though we were told kids not allowed in the hot tub and signs saying no kids in the hot tub.its convenient to the strip and on the trolly line.

Great hotel. This is an annual trip that my family takes. However , we did not enjoy the new rule stating no kids allowed in entire pool area after 10pm to allow adults an hour of swim. This is considered a family hotel. I would suggest changing the rule to no children in the hot tub or 9 ft pool after 10pm as a compromise as adult are very rarely in the smaller 5ft area. But overall a great hotel.
