The hotel was average. The bathroom sink held water for a long time. We had a fireplace room which was very nice. Over all it was a nice stay.

Have stayed here 5 years in a row. The property seems to be going downhill. The exterior rooms are in dire need of some work. Gap under door was big enough for small animals and cold weather to come through. The metal clasp for security was barely hanging on the door with one screw. Not cleaned well. We really love pool area but it's not monitored and kids jump off all areas of the waterfall. Could be better.

We had an exclellent stay. The room was clean not a sigle thing dirty. The room has a fire place plus a balcony which was awesome. The pool was a little busy but alot of fun. I loved how the hottub and pool connected so me and my wife who is pregnant and cant be in hot tubs could enjoy the pool experience together. 10/10 for the price

Good, just a few things
You can’t beat the price, but next time I’d stay in a different room. Cheap nightly rate for rooms on pool side, which are very humid. Shower and sink in our room drained but extremely slowly and toilet ran for forever after flushing. But, everywhere was clean. Pool was well maintained and the lobby was beautiful and decorated for Christmas. Restaurant is a typical small hotel place, things were alright. Staff for the most part, were wonderful. I have a SD and this hotel was very accommodating. There was a security guard and cameras. Location is excellent. We would stay again.

We were really surprised to see how dirty the room was. There was black marks above the entry door and the bathroom had different paint in spots. The entry door we could see outside in three different areas due to the door not sealing all the way. I expected the room to be nicer with amount we paid. The staff was very friendly and did a great job cleaning our room. Overall its just an expensive motel with an indoor pool.

The property was a short walk to the main street and all the activities. It was very nicely decorated for Christmas and the staff were helpful and courteous. I would definitely stay again
