This was my first time staying at this hotel. Despite some bad reviews that I had previously read before going, I was genuinely pleased with the stay. Rooms were clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great for a free breakfast, with excellent food choices The outside seating area/hot tub, was very relaxing and well maintained. Didn’t use the outside pool as the weather was too cold, but appeared to be well maintained. However, the inside pool was great. This is a pet friendly hotel as well. Only down fall for this location, it’s a 1/2 mile walk up/down hill to the main street of Gatlinburg. Wouldn’t recommend if you have to push a wheelchair or have physical limitations on walking distances. Oh and, look out for the bears, they are frequent visitors! Would recommend bringing all food in the hotel and nothing left in your car. Overall, I loved it and would definitely stay again. Hope this is helpful!

Nice stay. We would stay again. It’s close enough to walk downtown or the trolly stop is right outside the hotel. Hot tub, fire pits, and indoor pool were all wonderful.

Beautiful and convenient location
What a beautiful location! Right on a small river and close to the strip in Gatlinburg. We walked down there every night! The hot tub and patio area were my favorite place in the whole hotel. Peaceful views with fire outs and a hot tub right on the river. We also loved the balcony.

Helpful and Friendly Staff
The staff of this property were extraordinarily accommodating for our needs. We had to switch hotels mid-trip (to this hotel) and we also had to switch rooms (due to my booking error - DO NOT book with 3rd parties because you get a better deal if you call the property directly), and they were able to get us into each room 'earlier' than the official check-in time and were so helpful about making sure it wasn't a chore. They got the 2nd room ready for us in such good timing that we were able to move from the one to the other with minimal reloading of the car.

Clean and well kept property. Very pretty outdoor area with fire pits and outdoor seating right next to a stream.The only thing I didn't like is the smoking area which was near the maintenance area doors and where people walk their dogs. Smokers pay the same as non smokers and the designated smoking area could use much improvement. Despite the negative I would definitely stay again.

We only stayed for one night. Very nice hotel. Got to se a bear out at the creek by the fire pits. Haven’t tried the breakfast yet but I’m sure it will be great.
