A great time at 411 Bears Den
Property was great! Lots of room for 6 people. The grandkids loved having their own space in the loft area. Great for them to have their own bathroom as well. We adults enjoyed our own spaces as well. The beds were super comfy. I have back issues but no aches and pains this time. Thanks for also being great hosts. We will come again.

Enjoyed staying here. We had 6 adults and 2 babies under 7 months old, and fit us perfectly. It was a girls trip/bridal group. Everything was as advertised, except I didn’t realize it was like a townhome and there was another cabin attached to ours. Same porch (front and back) was shared and then the back porch was actually shared also with the neighboring cabin. I don’t remember seeing that, but it was not a big deal. I would definitely recommend to friends and would return here if needed! Loved that the indoor hot tub and indoor pool and gym was literally across the street! Thank you for a great stay.

Stayed here with my family for Jeep Invasion 2024. The property has lots of space for everyone. There is a couch on all 3 floors which made it easy to be comfortable and relax. Very clean and felt safe. Would definitely consider staying here or another one of their properties again.

Quick family get away
We enjoyed the cabin. There were 5 adults & 2 children (8 & 12). Plenty of room for all of us. Kitchen was well equipped so we were able to cook breakfast both mornings we were there. Views from the 3 porches/decks were beautiful. They could use some work though as the wood is showing extreme aging. Our biggest issue was water pressure. With 7 people, we had to stagger the showers, which we expected. Even with staggering the showers the water pressure was really low.

The cabin was perfect and had space for everyone. It was very close to the parkway in Pigeon Forge which was ideal. We really loved the community, the pools, and the hot tub inside the unit. We cannot wait to stay there again!
