We loved this condo. Very clean and well kept. It was nice seeing the city at night from the balcony. The beds were very comfortable. The condo was easy to find and no stairs entering was the best. :)

The condo was everything we needed and more! We loved how close the condo was to all the fun activities and restaurants but still had that beautiful Mountain View. It was very clean and well kept. We will definitely return!

The property was beautiful and the kids loved the pool. My puppy lived playing on the hills. It was walking distance to the gas station for my kids to get snacks and mcdonald's. We want to book this for next year!

Perfect condo!
Check in was at 4 and condo wasn’t ready. But the owner was very nice and let me in to put my cold items in the fridge because we had just stopped at the grocery store. Other than that everything was AWESOME. Pictures showed a coffee pot but it had been upgraded to a Keurig, we didn’t know and brought stuff to make coffee and when speaking to the host once we got there she went out of her way to purchase one for us and even brought us more towels! Will definitely be staying here again !

Prime location to everything we wanted to do and see. Condo was exactly as described and exceeded our expectations. It was clean, stocked full kitchen, washer and dryer, nice close pool, and gorgeous views of mountains!!! Definitely recommend for a wonderful week at pigeon forge and we will absolutely stay here again!!!

Awesome condo, just as described. Easy check in/out, close to everything. Really nice large bedrooms with comfortable beds, great living room area, quiet and close to everything in the area. Loved the jacuzzi tub! Only suggestion is a few more serving dishes / pots & pans for those who want to cook a few meals in. Definitely recommend and will stay again when visiting PF area.

Pigeon Forge Perfection
The property is pet friendly which is a MUST for me! It’s in a great location literally minutes from the strip and all things PF. The condo was clean and well kept with furnishings that are modern and comfortable. The fixtures are in like-new condition. Check in and out was super simple. There’s an outdoor pool for seasonal use. Paved parking, nice landscaping, and lots of grassy areas for walking my dog. All in all, the best rental I’ve procured by far (and I’ve stayed in cabins, hotels, etc. too many times to count). I will definitely make this my “go to” as long as it remains available!

Pigeon Forge Cozy Condo
Condo rooms had plenty room and layout was great. Basically was clean but could use some fall/spring nitty gritty cleaning. Kitchen didn't have regular coffee pot and could use some plastic bowls for storage of leftovers. Overall a very nice place to stay and we plan to return. Location is great.

We have stayed at this property for the last three years. It was wonderful the first two. Very clean, close to everything in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, and quiet. This time when we checked in we found the condo very dirty. The floors appeared to have not been cleaned. There was long black hair all over the floors and rugs. The master bathroom had hair in the tub and sides. The living room rug had black dog hair and other trash/ debris on it. There was what appeared to be dog urine on the chair leg and floor that had not been cleaned up. Mirror in master bedroom had smears and something unidentifiable on it. Floor in guest bathroom had urine in the floor in front of commode. All rugs where dirty with brown spots and needed to be cleaned. Used the washcloths and same long black hairs was in the laundry. Two pillows for beds were dirty and misshapen. No extra linens were on the property. Very disappointed in how this property has declined from last year. We will not be back to stay here again. The owners should know paying for a cleaning fee is ridiculous when the condo was left filthy.
