Quiet peaceful hotel in the middle of bustling Istanbul. Great service from staff. Amazing views from the dining room. Great fresh food

What started out a little rocky at check-in turned into an amazing short stay. My room was not ready upon arrival, so I was treated to Easter Tea while I waited. Staff was very attentive and sweet. After my room was ready, I again received a special lift ride in one of the first of its kind to Europe. The rooms are beautifully appointed. The hotel is a work of art itself. I had a spa appointment, also, that was phenomenal. The Türk Hamami and massage were out of this world, especially after more than 24 hours of travel.

This hotel is more of a resort full with wonderful the amenities are from 3 delicious restaurants, spectacular gym and spa. I never was bored. Hilltown Great shopping mall 10min walk away. I already have future plans to stay here again.

Amazing staff and hospitality here. Spa was great and had one of the best massages of my life at this hotel. Near Taksim Square and lots of great food choices.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel with my family. The rooms are spacious and clean, all the staff are very welcoming and friendly. Special thanks to Haluk at the restaurant and all the staff at there. Would highly recommend it.
