Well, I was really disappointed about the lack of service. It appears the hotel need to be renovated. The shower water knob got stuck and was hard to turn the water off! When we asked the front desk to get maintenance I was told she was the only staff there. We had to work hard to get the shower off.

Very little help from hotel staff. Only get fresh towels after two days only if I brought dirty ones to the front desk. I took my trash out and they never planned on cleaning our room after staying there 4 nights.

Enjoyed the service of the hotel and the way I was able to change rooms because the TV in my room did not have a remote. Though I was concern about a bug I found in the bed of the first room, I was releaved that they were about to change me to a room with a cleaner bed.

Arrest was exceptional staffer. She tried her best to help find a room that didn’t have mew dew smell, ceiling damage, and mold. She relocated me twice. Seriously hotel needs a real tear out and redone.
