The room was clean, comfortable & well-appointed with a fridge & coffee maker. We often don't like to use hotel AC because units aren't clean & we've caught colds from the air, but the AC unit & filters were clean in this room.

This was a pleasant surprise, recently renovated, helpful staff, clean, fresh room with good airconditioning on a HOT day. They can't help their location which is just uninspiring. But near the Columbia River!

Breakfast was only packets of oatmeal and 1 tiny muffin at 9 AM. Hardly qualifies to say there is breakfast. Why not just say coffee and be honest about it. No staff around at that time either.

Our room was spotless. The entire building was in excellent condition. The breakfast, included,was rather limited but the breakfast room was very clean and well kept.

When we arrived around 9:45pm to check in the woman at the front desk was extremely apologetic because when she pulled up pur hotels/expedia reservation so said that there are no rooms available. She said she has been having terrible with Expedia because they keep posting availability at this location and they are totally booked. It was so late and we had been traveling all day. They had 1 king bed room available so we took it but it was very uncomfortable for me, my husband and our 13 year old son to all sleep in together. I am hoping you will provide us with a refund as we did not get what we paid for.

I reserved a room with 2 beds 5 months before my arrival. They did not have my correct room type I reserved - 2 beds. Said they were full and blamed Expedia on the mess up. They provided a roll away but those are horrible.

Rooms were clean, staff were nice and willing to help. We stayed for 5 nights and breakfast was limited and scarce at times. Also, the pool was unavailable through out our stay. It would have been nice since it was 100 during our stay. Had troubles with keys deactivating a couple of times, but eventually got it resolved a couple of days in.

Inside is all renovated. Staff was all very friendly. Only issues was pool is dirty and breakfast was extremely limited with just three granola bars and apples.
