There is a COVERED, 2-slip BOAT DOCK with POWER for your boat(s), or you could rent our PONTOON for an additional fee. Cousin's Weekend Retreat

My sister and cousins enjoyed this home so much! In spite of constant rain we found plenty to do. The beds are comfy, the floor plan is great and there is a great kitchen for group cooking. We would definitely come back again!

Relating retreat

The property was everything it was represented to be in the listing. Our family had a very relaxing week. The highlight though was the evening we went outside to find 4 deer feeding on acorns, and 2 playing on the roof. That was a first.

Beautiful lake view!

Great outdoor space to enjoy the views and tranquility of the lake. Interior space comfortable and clean. Nice paved parking but slope of the parking and access to home entrance can be challenging for guests with mobility issues.

Weekend at the lake

Enjoyed our stay. Jeff and Heather were very nice to deal with. We had rented a pontoon boat from them s part of our stay so we armed Able to meet them and that made the trip being able to get out on the lake. Location was good, not really that far off the highway. House is very nice and had what we needed to enjoy our stay. We did notice a few cob webs under a hutch so maybe it had not been rented in a bit. But in all a nice stay.

Relaxing Respite

We loved our stay! So beautiful and relaxing. We loved the home, sitting by the lake and relaxing on the porch. The house was perfect for our stay. The beds were so comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the dock, grilling on the porch and eating outside. The hosts were great and easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back. Such a great getaway.

All Great but the Patio/Deck

Renting process was simple. Had no contact with owner, which is our preference. Overall, the inside of the home was as described and was perfect for our group. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the needed appliances, utensils, etc... We loved the stone wear dishes and ice maker on the frig. Some of the most comfortable furniture in the living room. A great napping chair! Our only want from the house itself, was to have king-sized beds, but the queens were just fine. The inside of the home was clean. Something that is greatly needed is new patio furniture. Hopefully, this was due to our visit late in the "lake" season?? After all, isn't outside the place you want to be at a lake house? The furniture (both sets) on the patio/deck are in need of a replacement. The set under the roof has stained cushions and is uncomfortable and the table and chairs, which we are sure were great when new, are very much out of style and some chairs were dry-rotting. The patio was not swept and had children's chalk drawings and chee-tos on it. The railings were covered with dead gnat-sized bugs. Maybe the bugs were to be expected by a lake, but it would have been nice if they had been cleaned off prior to arrival. While a disappointment in comfort, the view definitely made up for it. A beautiful setting. Quiet, peaceful. Fire pit area was the best. Would stay here again if the outside furniture were updated. There is so much you could do to the deck to make it more comfy & inviting. Thanks

Great place!

This property was wonderful for a long weekend getaway for our family. We had 6 adults and two kids and everyone had a great time! The place was clean and comfortable. All of us enjoyed swimming and fishing from the dock and taking kayak rides. The fire pit area was a great gathering space at night for bonfires. The outdoor space was nicely kept- it was nice to sit on the porch and take in the view of the lake. Would definitely recommend this property! 👍👍

Amazing Lake House

Best VRBO we've stayed at! Roomie, very clean, short walk to the dock & stocked will all our needs. We enjoyed the kayaks, fishing, boating (rented from The Experience), water fowl, deer, fire pit & oh so many stars! Blue Sky winery & Ferne Clyiffe Park were a short drive away too. Communication with Heather was excellent.

4th Annual Gosnell Trip

There are not enough words to express how much we love this property!! It’s our 4th time here and the hosts are amazing, the house and lake are beautiful!! Swimming, boating, feeding turtles by hand and waking up to a family of deers in the yard. Simply put its paradise!! Can’t wait for next year!!

Annual LOE Vacation
