First: I would stay there again! The pros? Great staff, friendly, helpful and they are what made the stay enjoyable! The restaurant has very good food, and is really the only place to eat around there. The location is close to the Linate airport (walkable), and the hotel has a shuttle that runs from 4:30am to 12:30pm. They will also take / pickup at the Metro station as well. The drivers are awesome as well (although typical Italian drivers… 😁) The cons? Older property, in a kind of weird area that I first took as sketchy, but many people walked back and forth to the metro and airport with luggage, etc., and many commuters walked the area, so seems safe enough! They list laundry as an amenity, but they do not have a service or machines available, so plan accordingly. It is well outside Milan, but we quickly got up to speed on how the metro works - 20 minutes and you are at the Duomo! The Metro is clean, fast and convenient, but be aware of 2 things: pick pockets and random strikes! Locals are great at navigating options if transit is an issue, and we found people helpful in working with us when we looked lost😉. Bottom line, great airport and Metro access, clean, comfortable and GREAT staff!

The scariest experience in a hotel.
We got at the hotel at around 8pm. Settled in the room, went tt the restaurant to have dinner, the 2 servers were very arrogant and not friendly at all, asking a question about the food was like they were bothered. We asked to be awakened at4 am. We were in a deep sleep, thee room lights went on, i jumped out of bed, a guy was inside the room apologizing that he had the wrong door it was 12:30 am. I called reception and I was told that they were going to investigates. At this point both my husband and I were to scared, we barricaded the door and couldn’t fall asleep. The worst experience we have ever had in a hotel. At 5 am when we went downstairs I talked the receptionist and couldn’t give me any information into what happened. I’m waiting for an answer. We always use BestWestern hotels I hope that they can honestly give me an explanation.

Comfortable and practical
Comfortable hotel with excellent service. Special mention for the shuttle bus to/from Linate airport. The room was fine, the bathroom a bit dated. Breakfast was tasty and the dinner restaurant provided a good service. I would stay there again.

Very nice hotel
This hotel is a short drive from Milan Linate airport. Shuttle service from the hotel is available with a quick phone call for pick up. There is a metro station at the airport and the shuttle will drop you there and pick you up. So a train into Milan Centro is easy for an afternoon excursion. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was quite good! Breakfast buffet is plentiful with fruit, pastry, cereal, eggs, cold cuts. Front desk staff is wonderful. Beds are comfy and shower stall is larger than most in Europe. Overall we had a great stay.

Very nice rooms but the air-conditioning had been turned off in October. They were kind enough to get us a fan. The shuttle was on time, the rooms and bathrooms were very nice and we very much enjoyed their restaurant.
