The front desk experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Before booking, we called and spoke with a gentleman at the front desk who assured us that an extra single bed would be provided. However, upon arriving after a two-hour drive, the front desk manager (a lady) told us they could not accommodate our request. Her response was shockingly rude, saying, *"You spoke to someone else, not me. I’m the manager here. If you want to cancel the booking, I’ll cancel it for you."*
This level of dismissiveness is unacceptable, especially for a family traveling with two young children on a road trip. With an event happening in the city, it was nearly impossible to find alternative accommodations for a family of five. The lack of empathy and customer service was incredibly frustrating and added unnecessary stress to our trip. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure a better experience for future guests.
