When i went to check in i noticed a rat trap next to the front desk, yikes! From there everything felt dirty. The hallways were very unkept and the rooms were noisy. The curtains were way too long and sagged on the floor. Would not stay again.

We left a day early due to this place being utterly disgusting we have pictures it's was the absolute worst hotel I've ever seen.

Close to NAU
Good for a quick overnight trip. Within a 5-min. drive to NAU. Set back off the main road in a quiet, wooded area. Exterior walkways needed serious TLC but room was decent. Morning breakfast selection was typical.

upon checking in reservations were not right. , with payments made. Room had torn curtains, adjustable shower was not functioning., air conditioning not working room was extremely hot. Elevators not working with key activation needed to get key card changed 3 times Room never serviced

The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was pretty decent, but that is where the good review ends! The hotel is run down and in dire need of updates and deep cleaning!! The a/c unit was loud and inconsistent!
