Problems
The elevator was broken. Carrying luggage up two flights of stairs was difficult. Parking lot lights were not working. Some came to our room shortly after we checked in and opened the door. They had given the room to someone else as well as us.

Your hotel is a very comfortable place to stay when you have family in the hospital or in a nursing home close by. Breakfast is excellent. And the heater in the rooms are very Efficient and comfortable. I will be back again soon. Thank you so much

Did not meet expectations
Got to the hotel past 10pm to check into our room. While walking to our room the hallway appeared and smelled dingy. When we got to our room the window was wide open and the temperature inside it was the same as outside, which was 27°F. It took at least 10 minutes to warm the room up, which is fine, but we had our 3 month old baby with us who had to be wrapped in a blanket until it warmed up. Overall, not impressed with the place, especially since it had an 8.0 rating when I booked a room here.

Not safe
It was dark when we arrived around 7pm, but all the exterior lights on the hotel were off. It was difficult to navigate and it was unsafe as their were groups of kids running around the whole complex. Zero concern for guest safety.. Room was dirty, there was paint all over the curtains and the shower rod was hanging off to the point where it wouldn't close..

Great Stay
Was fine, every motel has a few things no one has reported for repair or whatever. There was nothing to hinder our stay, all in all our stay was comfortable, very quiet, and sufficient for our overnight stay. The breakfast was great also. Would stay again if have the opportunity. Thank You!
