Everyone at the front desk was very kind. I loved that the hotel was set in the pine trees. It was really nice and clean. We had everything we needed and really enjoyed our stay! breakfast was good also :)

We enjoyed our stay here! The rooms were very spacious, allowing 4 people to easily share a room with 2 double/queen beds. Everything was clean and breakfast was convenient. The staff and guests were so pleasant. 1 hour drive from Grand Canyon, 2.5 hours from Phoenix, and just 5 minutes from Williams “downtown” with lots of restaurant options. Would recommend this place to anyone going to the Grand Canyon!

From check in to check out the front desk was helpful and friendly. The breakfast was better than most places, it actually includes warm food. It was a great location and value on our Route 66/Grand Canyon trip. We would stay there again.

Hotels.com says this Days Inn does not charge for pets. Hotels.com is wrong. Days Inn would not waive the fee either. Said it was their policy to charge. Only $25 so not that big of a deal. But a little annoying that Hotels.com was wrong and more annoying that Days Inn wouldn’t be a more understanding and honor what was said on the Hotels.com site.

Will never stay here
The hotel does not have an elevator. The wall unit was not working and the room was freezing. We finally got moved to a different room around midnight and the heather was not the greatest but it wasn’t as cold as the first room. I will most definitely never stay here.
