The building was noisy. Every time someone walked in the room above, there were loud squeaking sounds and we heard every toilet flush or shower being used in the neighboring rooms. Expectations were higher for this property.

The staff are very nice and efficient. My room was clean and comfortable. There is no ice machine on the first floor but going to the second floor wasn’t a bad thing. I think the overall maintenance of the property could use some attention (exterior access doors/walkway and carpet to the staff area of the lobby to be specific). I would consider staying at Double Tree Hilton again.

Very spacious room The mattress very uncomfortable making it hard to fall asleep . Blanket looked dirty Our friends stayed in room next to ours She had the same complaint I did about the bed Your hotel needs new beds Went to take bath. Turning on faucet was very difficult We were happy it was just one night !!!
