I need them to return the $250 charge they put to my card for the housekeeping saying the room smell like smoke. I'm a healthcare professional who stays there regularly to manage my flag staff lab. Unfortunately they put me in an adjoining room. I don't know if maybe the girls in the next room smoked, but I had to put a towel at the bottom of the door, to not hear the girls so loud that night. Maybe the girls in the next room smoked and it seeped into my room. However this is very discouraging highly disappointing. In fact, I should have asked to not have been charged for the room at all, and instead I paid a good price for the room, Plus was penalized 250 for smoking that I did not do.

The parking fee is not mentioned when booking. Then you are told at check in that there’s a $7.50 charge per night with an additional $1 for processing fee. This is to be subtracted from your $25 fee/hold for damages which they were unable to provide a receipt indicating that remaining money is returned at time of checking out.

Newly remodeled rooms were nice. Pool and hot tub were chill. They were sawing and hammering and in an awful hurry to get everyone out of the lobby area after breakfast was done promptly at 9:30. No luggage carts when we arrived. Otherwise was good.

Rude lazy
First off, the everything was nice.were nice, the front desk staff were nice. Its the support staff that are rude lazy and ignorant. Staff were cussing and being loud. Telling each other they dont like working there. One houseperson tells me I cant get a late check out because im not a member. How does she know im not. Then to top it off, someone decides to pull the fire alarm. There a transgender solicitating outside. Stay was great but the staff need to be let go or retrained in customer service.
