I stayed one night at Hotel Aspen InnSuites Flagstaff/Grand Canyon and overall had a solid experience. The room was clean and comfortable, nothing fancy, but nothing to complain about either. The air conditioning worked well, which was a big plus, and there was a fridge in the room that came in handy. The shower had good water pressure, and everything in the bathroom worked as expected. The beds were a little on the firm side for my personal taste, but still tolerable and I got decent rest. If you’re looking for a convenient place to crash for a night or two in Flagstaff without breaking the bank, this hotel does the job just fine.

The shower head broke as I was showering! Look like someone glued it. Stains on the bedding! Terrible experience. I used to stay here every time I came to flagstaff! Never again!

I spent extra for the presidential suite, and I check in, get to the bathroom and before I could use it the toilet was clogged. I called the front desk and she said “we will try to find you a plunger” then someone who didn’t speak English shows up and just hands me a plunger. I spent more of my vacation fixing their toilet than I did enjoying myself. Also when I checked in there was still some sticky stuff on the bedside table, as well as the tub not being wiped down. I usually love staying here, but this time was the worst!
