It was very noisy. The room was not properly weather stripped so when people were smoking outside the whole room filled with the smell. Also you could hear the sound of people pulling their wheeled luggage to their rooms. The sheets were dirty on one of the beds. There were only three towels in a suite with three beds, booked for six people.

It’s ok.
This was a last minute booking. This hotel is close to Downtown Flagstaff, which is what we wanted. The room served its purpose but the bathroom needs to be better. We had to fix the shower curtain ourselves since it was not put up properly. I hated the rain shower since I don’t wash my hair everyday. Good thing I had my own shower cap. The bathroom doesn’t have a heater and was freezing in the morning.

Advertised as a hotel, it is not. This is a motel, which I don’t especially prefer. Walked in and the room temp matched the outside temp - it was December! Turned on heat- it warmed up just fine, but the warmth never reached the bathroom. Never closed the door to bathroom in attempt to heat it up. Didn’t work.

Won’t stay again.
The property looked good on the website. When we got there, open the door there were patches in the wall, not even painted spackle still exposed. No iron, it had a chair in the restroom had stains all over it. Blow dryer was just laying on that chair. But was real hard to sleep on..
