I arrived late. I’m basing it upon the young man that helped me checked in. He was very accommodating to my request. I couldn’t take my bags upstairs and he assist by finding another room downstairs. He was helpful. Even late as I arrived he was still in good spirits

When i saw that room was on the second floor I asked to be switched to a ground level room. Both knees have been replaced with artificial implants and stairs are very difficult. I was told that I could pay for another room but that this room was assigned and "there is nothing that can be done". I feel fairly certain that the handicapped community should know that no accommodations can be made at this Inn.
