We booked this hotel because it is one of the only ones in Flagstaff with a two bedroom unit. Check in was fine. The staff was indifferent. Got to the room which had a funky smell, like someone had just eaten lunch in there. Couch cushions were torn and the paint was peeling off the bathroom wall. Didn’t mind too much since we were only staying for one night. The problem came later that night. We came back from our outing and the room was freezing. The thermostat was on 80 and the room was 60. It was supposed to be 20° that night, so, I had to go to the front desk. Again, they were indifferent. They gave us a new room but it was super annoying to pack up two kids, pack and plays, suitcases for 4 and all that to move to another room. Lesson learned: Check the thermostat before unpacking. Breakfast was included but it was bare bones for options. Might be willing to stay here again, but only because I want a two bedroom and only for a smoking deal.

Heater didn’t work in the room and the room was old, outdated, and dirty. Furniture was torn and stained, and paint was peeling from walls. Fireplace was broken. Will not stay here again.

The property had no water and I was not notified until I arrived to check in. I do not blame the front desk kid as he looked to be alone, was trying to deal with the contractors and looked harried and overwhelmed. However I would have expected the management to get involved and start notifying guests ahead of time. I was I formed I would not be charged for the room with zero cancelation fees.

Broken furniture, we called and went and spoke with the manager about getting it replaced and never happened. No maid service was done to our room. On the 2nd day of our stay we had no water and had to leave the property and find new accommodations. Hotel staff was no help. Do NOT recommend anyone staying at this establishment.

Awful—the front desk lady who checked me in at night was rude. No “welcome” or “hello” just straight “are you checking in? I need your ID & CC”. She didn’t tell me, I’ll be charged $5.11 for parking the when I check out. Our room was disgusting, left over food from the previous guest. Sofas were torn, curtains had blood stains, carpet was stained, bathroom doors were broken, and the pillows were too firm. Breakfast was too cold, not warm or appetizing. My kids and I will never stay here again.
