The check in process was absolutely delightful. The front desk staff were friendly and knowledgable and gave great recommendations for things around town. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Great service and clean/quiet rooms

A very beautiful room! The floor plan was set up perfectly. Kitchen was well appointed with a refrigerator microwave barstools adjoining the living area with TV and couch. The bathroom was clean spacious with a beautiful walk-in shower. The light fixtures were modern. The entire room was welcoming, and we both felt it was one of the prettiest rooms we have ever been in and we are old and travel a lot. 😆 I would highly recommend this location to anyone traveling to Grand Rapids whether it's business or pleasure.

This place is right downtown, a block from the main shopping street and the boardwalk down to the beach and the lighthouse. It is easy enough to drive out to 31 if you want to roam. This is a modernized building with an open dining, kitchen, and living room space, and a big bath with a soaking tub as well as a shower. All was clean and bright. The huge windows face a street and another building, but get lots of light, the balcony is large and you can see the channel from it. We went off season, so it was very quiet. This is our second stay which tells you we like it.
