There were VERY loud people with children next to our room. They was yelling and the children were opening the door on their side and knocking on our shared door, running in the hall and knocking on doors. Multiple calls to the front desk and they did nothing to resolve the issue. This went on for hours. Needless to say we didn’t get good rest that evening.

All interactions with staff were positive. The lobby looked nice, but the hotel is in need of some updates/refreshing/repairs. We stay here fairly often and appreciate the cleanliness of the rooms. The breakfast is ok ( not a lot of healthy options), but we can go out for breakfast with the money saved in staying here.

This property was quiet and very clean. The breakfast buffet was ok. The waffles were a special favorite of my husband and 5year old. There was a lot of paraphernalia regarding things to do in the town at the front desk/lobby. The GPS gave an entrance through an orthopedic/medical practice which was a bit strange at first because there were no signs to the hotel but overall it was fine.

In the area for a wedding. Location of hotel was close to the wedding venue. Arrived at around 11:30 PM and had to wait for someone at the front desk. Upon walking down to our reserved room the door was propped open. Nothing was necessarily thought about this until we walked in and had an air purifier in the room. Upon entering it smelt like straight chemicals, almost like someone dumped bleach on the carpet and they had the door propped and the air purifier to try and get the smell out. Within 5 minutes of being in the room, nonstop coughing began and my chest felt tight. My boyfriend came in and had the same thing happen. We were told at check in that we had gotten the last room available. We were both exhausted after driving 8 hours and then the wedding we just went and sat in the car in the parking lot so we could breathe. I’m convinced had I stayed in the room overnight I wouldn’t have woken up the next morning. After an hour of just trying to breathe regularly again I ran back inside, grabbed our things and we went and checked in at other hotel due to even upon stepping into the building I had a hard time breathing. I figured I would call and speak to a manager in the morning as it was late and I didn’t feel good at all and just wanted to be able to breathe/sleep. I called and spoke to the manager the next morning and they were of no help and refused to process a refund since the problem wasn't dealt with that night. I’d rather sleep in my car then deal with this place

We have stayed here in the past and really enjoyed the location and hotel. Walking distance to the movie theatre, a few shops and Dutch Village. However, the hotel is in need of some updates. The carpet was disgusting with stains everywhere. The tub in our room had mold and was stained. There were also various stains on the ceiling and walls throughout the entire room. Unless they do some upgrades, we won't be back.
