The staff were all very kind. They were extremely helpful when I thought I had lost something valuable. The inside of the building needs some repair. It would be nice to have eggs and possibly some meat at breakfast.

Always nice. Staff friendly and helpful. Clean and beds are so comfortable. They are remodeling so some areas and rooms are in rough condition. Our room had a piece of wall loose for plumbing but everything worked fine. I’m sure when done it’ll be really nice again.

I don't think I will ever stay here again
We stayed 1 night for a family funeral near by. The bed was very uncomfortable and the "blanket" on the bed, I'm pretty sure was older than me. There was no counter in the bathroom only a gas station type sink. The carpet was all ripped up in all the hallways leaving only concrete on the floors. I was a little upset that the room was still full price.

Building under renovation, so not really a nice appearance, but rooms were clean - bedding clean - amenities were adequate. One shortcoming - no countertop around the bathroom sink. That is very inconvenient. Would stay here again if needed.

Sheets and towels didn’t seem clean. The bathroom sink stopped up and started leaking from under the vanity. There was tile in the bathroom that was off the wall and in the floor. Bathtub looked old and dirty. They are remodeling the halls and lobby at least all the flooring was up and concrete was exposed. The room we were in needed some love. It is off the interstate and was a halfway point to our vacation destination. Price was good but glad it was a one night stay.

Stayed here one night. Advertised on the wydamn website and the expedia website that breakfast would be available. It was not offered and no discount was offered for this false advertising. In addition to that they were doing extensive remodeling which we were not informed about prior to making a nonrefunable reservation theough expedia. Desipte all attempts to resolve this issue via a responsible fashion such as a 10 dollar refund, this was refused. They assume no responsibility for false advertising on their own website or expendia.

This is the only room available. Really?
Renovating the place, I get it. 12 cars in the parking lot at 10:00 PM, not exactly busy, and you have to give me a room next to the elevator motors and pumps. "Nothing else available" he said. Here is my biggest peeve. Whatever cable package they are too cheap to buy consists of 40 channels or so, of which 30 of them are some flavor of home shopping networks. Oh, and if you are going to suspend breakfast because of the construction, how about reflecting that in the price, like knock off $5 or so?

When we got to the door of our room it was open. It was under construction and not offering breakfast as stated in the add. The room was small. The people next to us was smoking mariwana and our room stunk awfully. The floor was dirty.. The only nice person at the was around nine pm. She was great.
