The manager checking people in was very disrespectful. He asked me three times about my credit card being a MasterCard and through US Bank????? Why??? Very condescending and disrespectful tone. I am not going to book through Expedia again.

Very clean room and friendly staff-in a very convenient location. There were lots of shopping areas within walking distance. I felt safe and secure in my room at all times. There was good security.

Let’s just say this is a good value for money there’s nothing exceptional about this hotel. Staff is OK. They don’t really serve breakfast and it’s quite loud but clean enough.

Bathroom was dirty. The temp is controlled in the room. It turned off while sleeping and the room got very cold. Turned the heat on when i figured it out. But this was one of the cheaper hotels.
