This is the second Motel 8 I've stayed in that had one chair and it was broken (arm loose and flopping). A few inexpensive chairs would be nice.

The general manager, Wilma, is ..... I booked a 2 night stay. Due to a car accident, I could not check in the first night. After dealing with the accident and getting a rental car, I arrived the second night only to find out that the hotel wouldn't check me in (because I didn't check in the first night -- even though I booked and paid for 2 nights). The front desk lady said to re-book the second night through Expedia (the original booking platform) and then request a refund for one night.... and that it wouldn't be a problem. I did that (so now I've paid for 3 nights). Well, I called Expedia and Expedia called Super 8 Wyndham in New Stanton requesting a refund. Guess what? Wilma would not agree to refund. I was willing to take the loss on the first night. But literally paying twice for the second night is thievery. I'll be contacting the Attorney General, consumer protection division.

We stayed 2 nights and the staff were friendly, and asked us if we needed anything. They put an extra chair in our room to make me more comfortable. They also gave us extra coffee to make more if we wanted it. It was a good experience in all!!

Staff seems very unwelcoming. They don’t seem to like third parties reservations. My room was changed when I knew for sure Expedia booked me regular room. He changed to charge me more if stayed the next day. This is why I love Expedia and will continue to use it but Super 8 is clean. Please go stay there but the customer service is to be desired. You are paying your hard earned money.

This place is ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUSLY DISGUSTING!!!! We went with our family and in the night, we feel bug are scrolling over us. We have booked nonsmoking room however there was smell all-around room. Staff was rude and abusing.
