Awful. Can't call it a hotel or even a motel. More like a low rent district rooming house. Notice left on table in room saying among other things. Bed & bathroom linnin only changed every 3 days. If you want it sooner, you can exchange it at the lobby (for a fee). If you want, you can wash it yourself at the laundry room, (for a fee). No maid service. Guest responsible to clean their own room and bring their trash out to the dumpsters or there will be (a fee). No soap or tissues in room but available in lobby (FOR A FEE) No phone in room, no remote for tv. Front desk brought a remote, only to fing out the tv was brokeen. Final straw was the drug deal I interrupted right outside our room. Checked out immediately. Never stayed one night! When checking out, I was told because I paid Expedia fo 2 nights in advance, I would need to get any refund from them. I would hope Expedia will make this right. Proof can be provided if needed.

Clean/safe but very dated and worn.
Acceptable for the price but barely. Fairly dated room but overall clean. Some wear and tear here and there. In a decent/safe area right at jct of 2 interstates. Walls are pretty thin and for some reason they allowed loud music playing till 3am. Not a USB plug to be found (except in old flat screen) and outlet hookup meant moving furniture.

Room was clean but only enough soap and shampoo for one person in a double occupancy room. No coffee makers in thevrooms but wasvtold I could request one. Also the pillows were very uncomfortable.

On my first night there I encountered four cockroaches in my bathroom I brought it to attention to the night manager showed her the pictures was assured that in the morning I would be moved and that pest control would come and they would contact me morning came I was never moved no pest control ever came so I left for the day when I returned again that evening I found six cockroaches scoring around my bathroom at that point I pointed it out to management again and was told an employee was leaving and that I could get that room once they had it cleaned which again did not happen instead no one came to clean my room no one came to deal with the bugs I was not giving a refund I was not moved overall horrible

Decent for the price
It wasn't bad for the price. We got two rooms, one was clean, and everything was in dated, but good, condition. The other was not clean (thick dust, urine at the base of the toilet) and smelled badly. I also requested adjoining, or at least close rooms multiple times and the rooms we got couldn't have been further apart. It was not during a holiday, and I booked several weeks in advance, so not getting rooms at least close to each other was disappointing. The price was very good, and it was only one night, so it wasn't the worst experience ever.

Customer service was spot on for the two days that we were there. The front desk attendent with the blond braids was pleasant and very efficient. There were always employees moving about. Plenty of restaurants and shops near by. Easy access to all majors roadways. Could have been a tad bit cleaner, but as they say, you get what you pay for. Great budget-friendly hotel, would stay again.

I walk in the room with my gf and the top lock is broken beyond repair, the door for the mini fridge was broken, the rocking chair was terrible, the bath tub was horrendous and there were things missing. We requested a new room and got it but the bathtub was black when we ran water and the air conditioning in the new room sucked beyond belief. We didn’t shower for the 2 days we were there
