Very dated hotel could really benefit from a renovation. Cleanliness I would rate about a 6/10. Staff was not unpleasant but definitely did not give off the welcoming vibe I’m used to experiencing when traveling in this region. I stayed here while travelling for business during the week of opening game for ESU football as it was the least questionable looking hotel with availability…during my stay heard the staff telling multiple people the hotel was oversold and twice when I went out during my 3 day stay I had to get new room keys made when I returned as that did not work…makes me wonder if they were trying to find people who left ahead of schedule to resell the rooms. If you have the choice there are much better options nearby in the convention district.

A pleasant surprise, superb hotel for the price.
This Best Western property was a pleasant surprise as I wasn't expecting much. Besides a single hair in the tub and a noisy toilet when flushed the room and the property was clean, just superb. The staff was friendly for the most part. The AC and area were quiet. The breakfast was the nothing to brag nor complain about. Have no problem recommending or staying a this property again.

The property was very nice and clean, and every worker i saw was nice and polite. Breakfast was down stairs and smelling good. The individual wrap muffins were great, made for easy transporting back to the room.

Staff was friendly and overall first impression was a decent one. Sadly, I woke in the night feeling itchy and told myself I was being silly. But my daughter woke me up an hour later experiencing the same thing. After looking through the bedding, we indeed found bugs. We are traveling home as I type covered with bites.
