I stayed there under two separate reservations. During my first stay, the room air conditioning and heating was not working properly. Thankfully the temperature during Christmas average around the 60s, so the room was not too uncomfortable. Other than that, it was a pleasant experience.

The staff is always very nice, cordial, and accommodating. Love the restaurant up top. It’s located in the heart of the downtown. I’ve had multiple stays, and the quality is consistent. Being a Marriott rewards member…it makes me proud this hotel is in the family.

This is a great hotel with the worst restaurant service that I have experienced in a long time. The restaurant is severely understaffed. The chef is clearly very good. But the wait staff and the bar staff is completely incompetent.
