You get what you pay for

Front desk staff were unfriendly at checkin and checkout. TV service wasn't working at check in and we weren't notified until calling the front desk to report the issue, which was also an unfriendly interaction. Window curtain had a huge stain and so did a couple pillow cases. One pillow case had a large cigarette burn. Beds were comfortable.

Property and room was very clean. Felt safe there and have stayed there for the past three years when the sec womens basketball tournament is held in Greenville. Things that I wasn't too crazy about was that the breakfast was lacking in general. Average at best. Also, it is difficult to leave the property and enter Orchard Park Road due to tall cedar trees blocking the view until you have to get out into the road before you can see if there is oncoming traffic.I have made comments about that in years past.

The breakfast was poor quality and amounts. Breakfast was served from 7am-10am, it was empty by 8:45am without being refilled before ending. Even had waffles, but no sugar free syrup for diabetes.
