Breakfast not up to Tru standards
Check-in staff and process were great. Breakfast setup and oversight was late and inattentive. Need some staff training on keeping coffee pots full and breakfast items supplied. After a 20 minute wait, we finally had to leave for the day without coffee.

The rooms were nice. I could not hear doors opening and closing but I could hear upstairs rumbling from kids above us and wrestling next door. The kids had a lot of energy. The breakfast was ok. The pancakes were not edible in my opinion but I saw people eating them. You make them your self but the batter and machine didn’t cook up well. It was clean but I always offer my own cleaning when i arrive. The staff are extremely nice and accomadating.

ALMOST NO AMENITIES- no coffee pot in room, only 1 ice machine in entire place, no ice buckets. TINY ROOM for the price. WILL NEVER STAY AT A TRU AGAIN!!! Way OVERPRICED. Even the bed was uncomfortable

The staff was so nice to us and the bed were top Notch. That’s what really matters to me. I do think a faculty should have a pool at these rates. And I just missed breakfast because my early morning zoom meeting didn’t end until 9:10. Bah! I was hungry!

Barely had towels the entire stay. The first night we had two sets of towels with four people and nonore was available. The second night we had to take our dirty towels and wait almost 3 hours for them to wash them and give them back. Bathroom was not clean on arrival. I will never stay here again and pay my hard earned money!!!!

Bad water, soft beds
Hallways, especially by elevators did not look like had been vacuumed in weeks. Room was not as clean as would like. Beds were very comfortable and clean. But the toilet water looked brown. And the faucet water looked clear but tasted discusting just when i rinsed my mouth. Can not drink that. The was a note saying waste will be discolored at times, but the quality was fine. Right!

Unfortunately, the computers were down when we checked in and we were not able to get room keys. They never brought us keys. We had to always have someone in the room so that we could get back in. It wasn’t until the next morning when we went down and asked for keys. They finally gave us keys, but we were checking out in a few hours anyway, the room has no closets and no dressers. It has this funky teenager bedroom vibe. There was no coffee in the room, which is a standard in almost any hotel room that you stay in. It was way over priced for what it was.
