Water to the shower did not work and didn’t try it until the morning so wasn’t able to shower before getting on the road. Reported it to the hotel and hotels.com and have not been able to get a refund.

The staff was extremely friendly, especially in the breakfast area in the mornings! The breakfast had a great selection every day (obsessed with the biscuits) and everything was very clean. My room was nice, some small signs of wear and tear in places from over the years but nothing that bothered me or was an issue. The elevator was smelly and that’s probably my only complaint but it’s barely worth mentioning.

When I arrived at the hotel (10:30 pm, after fleeing Florida due to a Hurricane), the front desk told me that my reservation had been canceled without notice. I had to find another available hotel in the middle of the night because they were sold out.

I've been to worse hotels, but per the reviews I read before booking, this hotel was not what I was expecting. Property was rather run down and room wasn't very clean. Several vagrants hanging out in the adjacent empty parking lot, didn't feel safe parking my truck there overnight. Wasn't a horrible experience, but they could do a lot to improve.
