The only rooms cleaned were on the first floor when I checked in. I was told if I wanted a room on a higher floor it would be about an hour wait and I was offered to be called or I could wait in the dining area. I choose to wait in the dining area. When I did get to my room I always check the room first before settling in. I noticed the mirror on the closet door in my room was cracked. I called the front desk to inform them and so I wouldn't get charged for it. Also, my pillow cases were dirty. I called down to the front desk again to have housekeeping come change them. I waited at least an hour. Then walked downstairs to the front desk and told them no one from housekeeping has come to change my pillow cases. The lady at the front desk saw housekeeping walking by and told the housekeeper to give me clean pillow cases, which she did. Then before checking out I always double check the room to make sure I didn't leave anything. I flipped over the comforter and saw what looked to be semen stains. I was so grossed out to think I slept under the comforter! I love Hilton properties, but this location was a disappointment!
