Si bien el lugar se encuentra cerca del centro, no parece sencillo trasladarse caminando. Aún así, es un lugar que vale la pena por la cercanía y porque la relación calidad-precio es justa. El mayor contra es el ruido de los automóviles si tu habitación es del lado de la calle pero la vista desde ahí es linda. El mayor pro es la atención del recepcionista, hablando de Saúl específicamente. Siempre estuvo atento a las inquietudes y solicitudes de nosotros sus huéspedes. Muy buena experiencia en general. ¡Gracias!

Good decision for us!!!
Great welcoming staff. Kudos to Saul and the rest. Cute rooms with a view to the city. To get Downtown you just walk around the corner and descend for fifteen minutes. Safe city good hotel, free parking.

The hotel price was high for what it offers, no coffee, cash only, cleanliness was ok, the area around is a little lonely, it's like 15 minutes walk to the downtown, I probably wouldn't pick it again.

The staff is very friendly, they helped me booking my bus ticket while my credit card didnt work online. The place is walkable from town center, about 15 mins walk thru alleys and there is a oXXo convenient store just 4 mins walk away. room can be noisy if it faces the road. mine is not. but it does get cold at night in Dec. They have plenty extra blankets. there is also a trailhead only 12 mins walk away, then you can go on a 2 mil loop to get to a big cross at the top of the hill. The hotel also has balconies that i sit every evening to watch the sunset. :) i had a pleasant stay. thank you!

Amazing customer service! We stayed in a 3 bed room. Very clean and beautiful view. When we arrived the staff helped me get a taxi at the bus station to the hotel. We were able to book some tours through them directly with a discount. There was continental breakfast every morning till noon and if you’d like something different they can make it for an additional small cost. You can order food to your room till 9pm and beverages are available after only. Place is about 15min walking from the main plaza. My family and myself would definitely stay here again. The owners are amazing people we got to chit chat a bit with. I’d recommend this place to anyone.

Pros: *Very good service. *They help with tours, recommendations and directions on how to get or move to the downtown area or tourist places. *The location is in quiet area. The bus passes front the hotel in case you don't want to walk. The hotel bassically is 3 properties (like 3 big houses) in which are split in diferent and independent rooms. *The parking area is located in one of those properties. Cons: At the time of the stay they did not accept (credit or debit) cards for any payment. So prepare with cash or confirm before you arrive.

The owners were so nice and very helpful. They took care of all my tours and needs white staying here almost 4 nights. The breakfast was excellent and was included in my stay. I loved the location because its at the Panoramic Road and has great views...is also walking distance (all though uphill and down hill which i loved!). I cant wait to stay here again! Thann you for taking care of this Filipina (the girl from.the Philippines) muchas gracias por todo!
