Tidewater 807 is a one-bedroom, one-bath, updated condo with amazing gulf-front views from the 8th floor.

• Access to the balcony is from the living room.

• Ceramic tile flooring is throughout the unit.

• Fully equipped kitchen that is updated with stainless steel appliances. The dining room has seating for four and has two bar stools for additional seating.

• Washer and dryer are inside the unit.

• The living room has a sleeper sofa.

• The primary bedroom has a queen-size bed

• There is a set of bunks built into an alcove in the hallway that is perfect for the children. *Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk.

• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry!

• You will automatically be billed for one car. There is a maximum of two cars allowed. If you need to add a parking pass, please let us know. The cost is $40 plus tax per pass.

You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

Great Week in Orange Beach

The unit was exactly as described, everything was very nice. The emails and texts made check-in extremely easy and provided lots of information - Well Done! Except for the first two days when my daughter joined me, I was alone the rest of the week. The only negative for me is that the unit is pretty small. It was ok when I was by myself, but I wouldn't consider it for multiple guests. I like a bit more room.

Tidewater Rocks!

I’ve stayed at the Tidewater complex many times. I like that it is smaller, the pool is never crowded and there is always good parking available. On this trip, one of the 2 elevators was down and during the entire week, I never saw anyone working on it. In past visits I used to see the presence of security personnel, but again, during this visit I never saw any security at all. Unit #807 was as advertised. It had everything I needed. Unfortunately, the tv in the master did not work while I was there. It probably just needed the box reset, but because it was 8 feet up, I couldn’t do it. The only other issue I had was the bed. It is easily 3 1/2 feet high so being 5 ft tall, I couldn’t get on it. On day two I bought a $20 step stool and that solved my problem. I left the stool in the closet for the next short person. Once I could get on the bed, it is super comfortable! Also, I loved the rocker recliner in the living room.

Condo Needs Updating

The condo was in a good location, close to the beach. There was always a line for the elevators. The condo is in desperate need of updating and a warmer decorative touch. The bedroom closet has a powerful smell of mold. The lighting is very dim in the bedroom. It's a functional property, but I would not call it a luxury. I don't know how it compares with other properties nearby, but it was priced similarly.

This is a wonderful property for anyone. The condo was clean had plenty of space and in a convenient safe area. Wonderful view of the beach and easy access to the beach. The only thing I didn’t like was the bed was really tall which made it difficult to get into especially if you’re really short. Might need a step stool. Also, the bed was a little hard and the door to the balcony was hard to open but not a deal breaker. I’d definitely stay there again.

Unit was very clean and safe.. The unit needs updated. It had a musty smell but I bought air fresheners which helped tremendously. Also, the kitchen is not stocked well. The silverware was not complete and there was not a lid for any plastic storage container. I will not stay there again. The area around pool needs pressure washing for appearance.

When I entered the room, there was food spilled on the dining table, and food residue was also on the floor. Our first meaningful vacation started with cleaning. But the location is great, right on the beach. The indoor pool has a hot jacuzzi, which healed my sunburned body after getting out of the sea. The location was perfect for fishing, and I was able to enjoy fishing. I want to go again.

Would definitely stay here again!

This condo looks exactly like the pictures. No surprises. Very clean when we got there, and didn’t have to wait to check in or anything. The view from the balcony is amazing! Woke up every morning to have my coffee out on the balcony to watch and listen to the ocean, and even saw dolphins most mornings. We felt very safe staying here and had no issues with anything. Both pools were nice and clean also.
