Great stay close to beach

Close to beach with direct beach view. Place is nice with covered parking. Kitchen was small and off to itself. The two bedrooms are upstairs with two full bathrooms and one half bath room down stairs. Every one complained about the sheets too small, I had to pull them out from bottom of bed, they were just tucked way under mattress. All in all a good vacation spot.

Listing states sleeps 6, that’s a bit of an exaggeration, 4-5 at most is more accurate. We had a group of 5 and sleeping was crowded. Very nice place inside but housekeeping was lacking!! I did an initial video walk-through on check-in and there was stuff under one of the beds and 1 toilet was not flushed 🤢the dining table had not been wiped and the carpet on stairs had stuff everywhere on the top 3-4 steps. There was a box for a newly installed thermostat laying in the bedroom floor and the paperwork for install was on a nightstand. The handle for fridge was not secure so opening was a bit tricky. The towel bar was broke off wall in 1 bathroom and was laying under the bed. The internet went out at one point. Access to the beach is amazing! The view is amazing in this unit! The pool is well maintained and clean! The photos of the unit make it appear much larger but overall I would recommend (⭐️7/10). I do believe for the size & lack of detail with housekeeping, the unit was a bit overpriced for our 5 night stay.

40th anniversary getaway

This was amazing. Townhome was as described & perfect for 2 couples. Right on beach. Finding driveway was a little tricky since it was right after a stoplight. Quiet area. Weather turned a little cooler for 1st of November but was still comfortable since we came from Illinois. Hopefully we can stay again.

Great location & wonderful views with minor opportunities for improvement

The location is excellent, and the views from the condo are incredible! The place was very comfortable for 4 adults. We especially enjoyed being able to hear the ocean at night from the bedroom. The online listing was very accurate. We were surprised that there wasn't any salt or cooking oil in the kitchen since those basics are usually provided. So, we purchased some and left it there for future guests. Some of our guests thought there were a few aspects of the place that were a little neglected, and the outdoor hose didn't work. However, overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Location

The location and view cannot be beat! The house was clean, fully stocked and had great access to the beach or pool. The property seems a little outdated and parking was tough for us because we had a big truck, but we will definitely stay here again!

Great property super close to beach

This condo is the perfect place to stay while on the beach. It had an amazing front balcony that’s perfect to watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee. The walk to the beach is only a few feet and super easy to access. You are within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. The pool was a fun place for the teenagers to hang out in the evening.

Nice location. RIGHT ON the beach with great beach views. Gulf shores is getting a little old and the hurricane didn’t help. We would stay in Orange Beach next time. There was no hair dryer or enough trash bags. Great price for location.

Will not rent this unit even though the view was beautiful.

View was beautiful...No WiFi..a blind in the guest bedroom was hanging in shreds, couldn't be closed for privacy and not replaced when reported. We had to use duct tape to hold it together. TV's were very hard to get working. Parking was limited to two spots even though there was no one staying within three or four units. Since it was a holiday, there should have been an exception. Will not rent again.
