Nice property but I was not aware that the weekend of our arrival was”Hangout” event with thousands of people. Many of the roads were blocked off and I had to get out of my car to move traffic cones every time we went places. Construction in the condo right next door went on for 3 days. The smoke alarm went off at 1:30 a.m.

Beautiful view and lovely condo

This property was gorgeous! View was spectacular and close walking to everything. Clean and lovely decor throughout. Only one recommendation - mattress in Master Bedroom was really bad. Way too firm, firm, firm…like sleeping on a piece of wood. My spouse and I could only sleep about an hr and a half at a time. Day five was pretty rough and I was considering buying a blow up mattress. Also, Property Mngr. should clarify in listing that beach service is available for extra charge. We thought it was included and were shocked when asked for cash for chairs. Property should pay that and include it in rental price. Everything else was AAA+.

Anniversary trip

Very nice, great location. We walked everywhere. We didn't have to fight traffic or try to find parking. The condo is very spacious. The only complaint that we had and it's no fault of the owner is the window in the bedroom. They have two shades on the window but it still lets the light from the outside hallway shine in. We will definitely stay there again.

When we first walked in we was so impressed! This condo is so cute and cozy and perfect for me, my husband and 2 kids! Everything seemed cleaned okay, could have been better. The king bed comforter had sand on it. The shower needs a good scrub. I would suggested curtains most definitely in living room! A better mattress for sure, it’s hard as a brick. The couch is comfy but you can tell it will need to be replaced soon. Also I would say deep cleaning would be nice at least twice a month but I can say that for any beach rental I been too. I could tell something was spilt on the closet door in king bedroom. I feel these places need to inspect whoever cleans the condos sometimes to see how good they actually clean &/or give them more time to actually do better cleaning besides the basic. Over all the place is cute and good location. Beach was nice other then if you have a canopy you have to set it up in the back behind white poles. Never been to a beach like that but we just didn’t use the canopy and used the umbrella instead.
