It was clean. One of the cleanest we have stayed at in a long while. It did not have carpet which was great for allergy sufferers.

The room was clean, recently updated. We had two in room refrigerators. The front desk was helpful with cutlery and plates when the breakfast was closed. No squishy spots on couch or bed. Pool was pretty but didn’t use on account it was December. Location was AMAZING!!

Good for a budget type hotel. Beds were comfortable, staff was very polite and helpful. Door to the laundry facilities did not require a keycard so anyone off the street could access the laundry room. Breakfast was okay but not great.

I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into the lobby. It was very clean and smelled clean. The front desk staff were friendly and polite. It was refreshing to get away even though for just one night.

I’ve never had a better hotel stay in my 74 years. I was shocked to find such a clean, friendly, helpful, kind staff and hotel as this. Beautiful room, comfortable beds and bedding, soft linens and a beautiful pool area. The breakfast was wonderful and the hotel was fully staffed and no request was too much to ask. They felt like family by the time I left. I was there for 4 nights. Excellent ❣️

Friendly staff, clean room (my friend and I are more sensistive to mold than most and we did fine), beautiful pool/hot tub area. Such a great experience, I didn't mind that my room was directly connected to the outside. Got up too early for hot breakfast, but the staff grabbed us muffins. So kind!!

Property was sufficient for our needs. Although, we had a no smoking room & the room next to us they were smoking something (Pot)that smelled just awful & it was day & night. Everytime we opened our door we had to encounter this horrible odor. We did report it to staff but nothing changed before we checked out. Which was a day early as we were able to return to Panama City Beach Florida after hurricane Helene was cleared. We never received a nightly refund despite reaching out to Expedia.
