CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

I chose this property partly because the description said there was a king size bed in the master bedroom. The master bedroom had a full or queen size bed. I believe it was only a full size. We could not sleep together all night because we were crowded. The description was incorrect, and it caused us sleepless nights. Also, the pillows were very thin.

Beach squad trip
It was perfect for our small group. I try to take my grandkids to the beach every year. We all love it. I didn’t mind the crossover. The pool is great. We all agreed it was a cozy and comfy place (a recliner would be nice) The view is as good as it gets.

Nice, but needs some upgrade.
The following need some upgrade. Master bedroom needs new pillows and covering after each stay. Television needs upgrading, very old and small, master bathtub is to deep when stepping in and out, could cause an injury, and the rugs in the master bedroom are old and dirty. The balcony need to be pressure wash, very dirty. Please for the cost, have more soap, detergent, tissues and garbage bags.

The Crystal Tower was the perfect property for our family! Our kids loved the pools! The walkway to the beach allowed for safe and efficient access to the water! The property had a resort like feel. Our unit was clean and updated. We will definitely stay at the Crystal Tower again!

Great property with a breathtaking view! Two outdoor pools (one with lazy River), two hot tubs and an indoor pool. Add private beach access to the list, and you always have options for a water activity! Great location, close to everything. Highly recommend!

We would stay again but there’s a couple things.
The good; clean, well kept, location, pool, communication, box fan, kitchen, laundry, decent view and parking. The not so good; Queen mattress should be replaced but it’s ok, couch although it is a fold out it’s not comfortable for sitting much, toilet paper is the cheapest on the market and shouldn’t even be there. Who wants to spend $1700 and get 1 ply, really?! Not enough towel hangers but plenty of space for more. We’re at the beach you need places to hang stuff.

We absolutely loved our stay here!! The beds were comfy and clean, and it was beautifully decorated. I can’t describe how AMAZING the views are!! I loved cooking breakfast and seeing the ocean from the kitchen! The pools are very nice along with the hot tubs. Communication was excellent as well. What a great trip we had!!!
