This 11th floor upscale Gulf Shores condo is located right on the Gulf of Mexico. It includes 2 full size bedrooms and a private bunk room with twin bunk beds. A queen sleeper sofa is also available in the family area. 6-8 guests can sleep comfortably.
This luxurious condominium has all the amenities you need for a relaxing vacation, Step off the elevator and you are steps away from the sugar white sand.
The modern kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and is very well equipped. A beautiful ocean view is available from the kitchen, dining area, master bedroom, and family room. The condo has a large laundry room with a full size washer and dryer and is large enough to have room for storage.


The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed with private bath and roomy walk-in closet. Enjoy the fabulous ocean view from this room along with a sliding door to the balcony. The main guest room has a comfortable queen bed with private entrance to a roomy bathroom. The bunk room contains twin bunk beds and is perfect for kids or smaller adults. Flat screen TV's are provided in the family area and bedrooms.

This spacious condo includes 9ft ceilings, crown molding, and granite countertops in both bathrooms and the kitchen.

The fantastic ocean front balcony measures 145 square feet and is roomy enough for all guests to enjoy time listening to the waves and searching for dolphins.

Seawind amenities include private covered parking, 2 communal pools for guests, both overlooking the beautiful beach. The first is an indoor/outdoor pool that is heated in cooler weather. A roomy hot tub is adjacent to the outdoor pool. The second pool is a wonderful zero entry kiddie pool complete with fountains and sprayers.
A huge exercise facility overlooks the gulf with a wide variety of exercise equipment, a sauna, and a restroom with shower. The exercise facility also includes a media area with a huge comfortable sofa and flat screen TV.

This beautiful property is within easy walking distance to the Hangout, to be exact it is 8 minutes walking on the beach at a Southerner's pace. The pier is an easy 15 minute walk down the beach. Walk to Sea and Suds in seconds and several other restaurants are a leisurely stroll away.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned condo, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony or patio. Family Vacation

Foldout bed in living room was not cleaned out properly. TV did not work in 3rd bedroom. It wanted you to buy PPV. No stations worked. There was also no light in 3rd bedroom. Had to use a lamp to see. Toilet looked nasty in Primary barhroom. No caulking around base it appeared to be dirt. Rental has potential to be great, but it definitely needs some attention.

The 8 of us enjoyed our stay . Great location for walking to restaurants and gift shops . Watched dolphins almost every morning and evening from the balcony .The only complaints Is the elevators! Wait time can be up to 15 minutes during certain times . The pool is also pretty small along with the parking spots in the garage. Over all the stay was nice .

Great Location

First time to Gulf Shores and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay! We were there for our MOTM convention so we were able to see different restaurants and bars in the area. Already looking forward to coming back. Our condo had everything we needed and had a beautiful view of the gulf beach from the balcony.

This condo is in a fantastic location to view the pool and the beach from the balcony. It is close enough for the teenagers to walk to the store without having to cross the street to get ice cream, which they loved. The hosts were in contact with us throughout and read to answer any questions we had. Overall this is a fantastic place to stay and would book it again!

Beach getaway

We loved being so close to the beach and several restaurants and shops. The parking lot and building can get pretty busy with tight parking and full elevators but the amenities and location are worth it.

This was a great building and great condominium. We had the best time and the owners were super nice and answered back super quick. The only issue was the facility didn’t enforce their rules of no smoking on the balcony because our neighbors smoked when they checked in on Thursday and my husband is an asthmatic so we couldn’t sit on our balcony and enjoy the waves or weather just for the last night. They are correct when they say the weekend is the busiest. We were glad we left early Saturday.

A perfect spring break

This home had everything we needed for a wonderful Spring Break. The kitchen was well stocked with anything we needed. It was very clean and comfortable with enough space for our large family. And the balcony view was phenomenal. We will definitely be returning!

Great Thanksgiving Getaway

We had a great time and enjoyed our stay so much. The condo was clean and very well stocked. I like how close the condo is to shopping and dining and steps away from the beach. The owners were kind and available when we needed them. We would like to come back and stay there again!
