• Gulf-Front Views: Lighthouse 1612 is a two-bedroom, two-bath condo on the 16th floor, offering stunning Gulf-front views.

• Dining and Living: The dining room accommodates six people, with additional seating at the bar for two. The living area includes a sofa sleeper and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV.

• Convenient Amenities: Enjoy practical amenities like a full-size washer and dryer, wireless internet access, and keyless entry for hassle-free check-in and check-out.

• Bedroom Setup: The primary bedroom has a king-size bed and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, along with a bathroom featuring a double vanity and jetted tub. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV.

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

Great location with spectacular view
We enjoyed our stay at the Lighthouse. The check-in and check-out process was very nice and easy. Everything was as described. The balcony is huge with a spectacular ocean view and sunset. The bed in the master bedroom was excellent. We will probably stay here again.

My husband & I loved the easy check in/check out process & not having to go to a separate location to get keys/code. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. The only thing that would have made it even better would have been the weather😬 but we would definitely recommend this condo

Everything was wonderful except the bunk beds which had the worst mattress ever slept on! Short adults can sleep in bunks but must be comfortable. These were NOT. The laundry room was bigger than bunk bed room. Everything else was perfection.

Very nice condo, location and great views. Condo had everything you needed and beds were good. Unit was clean upon arrival and easy check in for anyone arriving late evening. Location is great and enjoyed walking the beach. This condo facility was nice and staff was visable as was security on site. A good time was had by all.

My family loved this unit! Very clean and everything worked great. Beds were super comfy and the view was spectacular. The location in Gulf Shores was perfect. We walked everywhere. We felt like we were at home and wish we could have stayed longer.

Very pleased with the unit! When maintenance was needed.. they responded quickly! If I may suggest… the handles on the dresser in the main bedroom need to be replaced or updated. The View was perfect. Some of the cushions outside need a little TLC . Yes, we would rent this unit again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Disappointed in lack of basic necessities provided
I understand the property manager/owner not providing an unlimited supply of toilet paper and trash bags due to the possibility of waste by some guests. However, I was completely shocked when we arrived and there was only one roll of toilet tissue in each bathroom and one large trash bag in kitchen for a family of 4 staying 5 days. I understand your pre-check in email stated there would only be an "initial supply" of toilet tissue, trash bags, and paper towels, but that is misleading and it should have stated you only provide ONE of each. It is not convenient, nor does it feel like a vacation if you have to pack your entire house to stay in this rental or have to go shopping to purchase extra. Overall, it would be nice if your weren't so stingy with the basics and even provided some simple things to make the guests stay more comfortable and convenient.

Great space in a great neighborhood
The property was fantastic. Clean, easy to get around, great communication with management. The only thing that could be improved upon is the details in some of the furnishings. The master bedroom head board wasn't attached to the bed, the bathroom door handle fell apart, the dresser was missing a handle, etc. These details didn't hinder our stay, just a few items that are quick fixes. The balcony was awesome! Great furniture and the views!!!!

Loved the area, loved the condo, loved everything about it. Very clean with all the things we needed and comfy beds. Felt like home. Do not understand some of the negative reviews I read, as we found them to be untrue. Loved the large deck and view of the Gulf. Had so much fun and am very pleased. Would stay again for sure.

Missing some key items
I have stayed at the lighthouse many times before. They have all been very well stocked and I’ve been pretty much 100% pleased with everything provided. This is the first time I can say that was not the case. There are no blankets. A lack of pillows, two small dish towels with no washcloths. Two towels and two washrag rags for each bathroom. Barely enough for my whole party. We were constantly running out of towels in the washer and dryer were constantly going. The bunk room for my small children was ridiculous in so many ways. Despite the fact that the bed was so wobbly I was afraid to put my children in it, there was no ladder to climb up to the top bunk. My son had to open the drawers of the small dresser next to it and climb up. He had to yell out for help in the middle of the night to try to get down when he was half asleep There were several other small things that I will leave out but one of the worst things of the trip was that they were apparently painting the doors and door frames and was asked/told to leave our door open for 12 hours a day. That’s literally all day. No safety Issues were addressed. I had money and valuables and small children and elderly parents staying in the unit. Not only was this unsafe but also intrusive. The smell of this paint made my daughter literally sick where she was throwing up. They were blasting the paint off the doors and every time we would open the door it would fly into the condo and completely cover the floors. We were constantly cleaning the floors. It was terrible. I feel cheated out of our over $2000 that we paid for this trip. I would not recommend this condo unless these issues were remedied

Great Amenities on property
The first day, we caught a little rain at the beach, so we went to the indoor pool while waiting for the rain to stop. The pool and hot tub were great additions to take a break from the beach. Our condo was perfect for our group of 6 adults and had many kitchen items we needed to cook during our stay. The balcony was also beautiful and set up perfectly with the outdoor furniture.

Left feeling disappointed
The view was beautiful, the kitchen was clean but overall welt feeling disappointed. The curtains in the master were dirty and there was nowhere to plug in phone charger in master bedroom. The toilet ran the first night of our trip which kept us awake, come to find out in the morning the toilet bowl was cracked and flooded the floor. Took 2 phone calls to get a new toilet installed and the plumbers left a mess in the bath tub. The next day after returning home and being tired, one of us was showering and the rest of us were trying to get a nap there was a knock on the door which we did not answer and a guy proceeded to unlock the door and enter the unit yelling plumber! Thank goodness we didn't leave our teenagers there in the shower by themselves! There was no latch to prevent this so it left us feeling unsafe, we started putting a chair in front of the door.
