Lighthouse 907 is a two-bedroom, two-bath nicely decorated condo with Gulf-front views from the 9th floor

• Access to the balcony is from the living room and primary bedroom

• Tile flooring is throughout the unit

• The kitchen is fully equipped kitchen with everything that you need in your home away from home with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining room table seats four and there are three bar stools for additional seating.

• Full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit

• The living area has a sofa sleeper

• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed. The primary bathroom features a double vanity and jetted tub.

• The second bedroom has a queen-size bed

• The bunk room has a set of twin bunk beds. *Children six years or younger should not be permitted on the top bunk.

• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry!

• Maximum of two cars allowed. Guest is required to purchase a parking pass at the 2nd-floor front desk for $50 each (cash is not accepted.)

• Minimum age to rent is 25.

You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

Great View and Location

Was super nice having balcony overlooking the ocean. I spent lots of time out there. It was nice having the tvs set up by default to be smart and the wifi worked flawlessly because i was working while staying here. Only complaint was there was not enough hot water to fill up the Jaquzzi tub so if that is important to you you may want to look other places.

Beautiful condo with a view

We were very pleased with the condo. The view from the balcony was amazing, the kitchen was stocked with plenty of utensils and dishes, and everything was clean. The only things we had issues with was the bunk room was VERY small, only suitable for small children, the jacuzzi tub was too big to fill with hot water (it ran out), and the bedding was very stiff and thin. Those were minor things, we were very satisfied.

Wonderful stay at the beach!

The property was lovely and had everything we needed for our stay. They told us ahead of time what would and would not be supplied. It was very clean and updated. I love the top “sheet/spread” and I want one! Where can I buy one like it? The only thing I wished for was as a Keurig, but the coffee pot worked just fine. Everyone on the property was super nice including the beach chair guy! We enjoyed our vacation at The Lighthouse.

Checkin was super easy & listing was exactly as described. Very clean & friendly property. Loved the pools & easy access to the beach! Traffic was a little busy but that’s normal for 4th of July & we could see the fireworks directly from the pool which was a plus for the kiddos. Would love to stay here again in the future :)

Perfect location for family vacation

The condo was clean and a great location for a family vacation. The teenager loved the bunk bed room. The condo uses a three sheet method for bedding, but i found there were more than enough. There was an issue with the lock on the balcony door. It wouldn't lock and that was a concern as we had young kids and were on the 9th floor. We did call and they answered and sent someone out to fix it the next day so that was good but we choose not to use that door anymore.

We had a great experience! Condo was clean and cozy. The kitchen had an assortment of your everyday items, which made it very nice. This unit didn’t have any sort of chairs to take to the beach. The price was reasonable, and we were lucky enough to stay an extra day! Overall, it was a great stay!

Great location

The rental itself was perfect for a quick getaway and location was excellent. The main complaint about this condo is how extremely uncomfortable the queen bed is, and all of the pillows were super thin. Definitely recommend bringing your own pillows and blankets just in case. Each bed had sheets and a thin blanket on top, no comforters. Also, the ice maker wasn’t working.
