Condo was great. We stay here often and always have a great time. Very easy access to shopping, Pink Pony and Hangout. Just steps to the beach. Magnificent ocean view.

The place was outdated. The frying pans were terrible. You could not even cook an egg no place to hang your towels in the bathroom. The door lock kept messing up so we had to go down and get them reset. The room that we first got was handicapped they did not say anything on the website about a handicap room

My room wasnt ready by the check in time. When I asked when would it be ready, the receptionist said I dont even know...??? I asked to get someone that could find out. At forst she was not helpful, then eased up and was helpful. I was promised a late check out because my room not being ready, but was sent a text reminding me of my 10am check out. Other than the lack of communication between house keeping and the office the stay was good. Was able to walk to different restaurants a d the beach access is nice.

The elevator areas are scary. Not only are they dirty but also full of bins with towels, chairs and what have you. There should be some type of lock on the doors leading to the elevators. Anyone could sneak their way into the elevator. There's no given password for the WiFi (you need to ask for it), leaky faucets, sliding balcony doors that don't lock, and remote controls that don't work...it looks like no one is checking anything regularly. Not worth the $200 per day rate.

It was a nice place, good for the money. The location is what sold it for me. I drive every day of my life, after driving a long distance for vacation i prefer to park and not get back behind the wheel. Plenty of attractions within walking distance to this spot

We could tell there was still sand on the floor. The sofa and chair were full of stains. There were dirty dishes that were returned to the cabinet. The bunkbeds and pullout sofa did not come with blankets, so I had to go to the office to request some when they knew I had a family staying.

The place was clean and of course convenient as it was next to the beach. I had to repair one of the window curtain rail stoppers as it came off but not a big deal. The only place that may need attention is by the elevators by the garage. The towels are kept there. People take them and leave them disorganized.
