For limited time, we have lowered all available dates to a 2 person rate so smaller groups or families can get a better rate at one of the best rentals on the beach! Please be sure to put in the number of guests that will be staying.

Karson's Kastle is one of the best beach houses you will find because of the open floor plan, peaceful setting and 4 of the 5 bedrooms face the beach with large windows plus balconies! The house was totally remodeled with new windows, doors, siding and paint in January 2023!
The interior has been updated recently too! It is located a half mile from the last condo in Gulf Shores so it is so peaceful yet so close to everything!

Game room under the house includes, Corn hole, pool table, outside TV, comfortable seating, hammock and all new patio furniture. There is a gas and charcoal grill too!

We provide at least 4 beach chairs and 2 recliners for the beach!

The kitchen, dining room, and great room provide exceptional views with a very open floor plan. It has one of the best settings too because of the location. The lot to the left has no home on it yet. The houses across the street are located on a large lagoon that are about 100 yards away and are on large lots.

Sleeps up to 16, 4 king bedrooms,
On the main floor, there is a powder bath and a Master bedroom suite with full bath and jacuzzi.
There are 4 bedrooms upstairs.
On the North side, there is 1 bedroom with 2 custom built bunk beds. They have 2 Queens on bottom with 2 smaller twins ( good for kids) on the top bunk! It has its own private balcony. There is a door on this bedroom and it has its own private bath.

The other 3 bedrooms have king beds and they have beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico. They all have doors to the deck that faces the Gulf.
We have one queen size air mattress too.

It is located just 1 mile from Lagoon Pass, the peaceful side of Gulf Shores! The closest condos are 1 mile away. It is just 7 minutes to the Hang-Out and all the action of Gulf Shores. As one of our repeat guests describes it, you would think you are on your own Private Island!

Most furniture is brand new including new high seating patio chairs, 50 inch TV's in Bedrooms, 75 inch TV in living room!

Bodenhamer Center is about 15 minutes away! It provide fitness room, indoor basketball, indoor pool and games. The fee is just $10 a day per person

The best
I highly recommend this beautiful beach house. The location can’t be beat. The beach was not busy at all and quiet, which is exactly what we wanted. The kitchen was well stocked and the house was very clean. We loved the outdoor area under the house watching tv and playing pool. The corn hole boards were a plus as well. The bedrooms are spacious and all of them have balconies. I can’t say enough about this house, it has everything you need. Definitely plan on staying here again.

Beautiful House Steps From the Beach
We had a wonderful stay at Karson’s Kastle. The house was beautiful and just as described in the listing/pictures. The layout of the home was spacious and perfect for our needs. The kitchen was stocked better than any other rental we have stayed at… there was everything you could need. We traveled with a 1.5yo and enjoyed the baby gates and high chair provided. Overall, the home was very child-friendly. The close proximity to the beach was one of the best features. The walk was short and easy with the pathway provided. Again, perfect for little ones who want to go in and out to the beach throughout the day. Communication about checking in and out was clear and timely. We would recommend this location to friends and family and would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Stay for families in Gulf Shores
We have been taking family beach trips for about the last decade, and have spent the last three years staying in Gulf Shores. This home is one of our all-time favorites, and our favorite in GS. The location, layout and amenities of the home were perfect to accommodate our group. The house is designed well for families, and has lots of places for people to hang out, whether on the main floor or in the pool table/lounge area on the ground floor. We always felt like we had plenty of room to lounge and relax, let kids play, etc., which hasn’t always been the case with other properties. The owners have an eye for hospitality details, from a kitchen well stocked with cooking equipment (and lots of coffee makers!) down to providing an artificial turf walkway to get up the dune to the beach. We loved this house, the owners were very responsive, and our private section of beach was excellent. I definitely recommend!

Amazing Beach House and Stay!
We enjoyed the "beach vibe" of this beautiful home and sitting out on the covered deck watching dolphins surface and waves come in during our morning coffee/breakfasts. So peaceful and relaxing. Loved that the beach was our backyard. The adults loved king-sized beds and balconies in all four beach facing bedrooms. The kids enjoyed the "sleeping room" with the bunk beds. The kitchen is well stocked with dishware, stemware, silverware, pots & pans, glass casseroles, storage containers, etc... The BEST I've experienced in a rental. There is a pack-and-play, toddler gates, and a highchair; all of which we used. Tons of beach toys, shovels, and nets which were a big hit with everyone. Mark was very prompt at responding to questions and was very gracious to provide a second beach umbrella for our group. Great vacation and stay! Hope to return for our next beach adventure!

Beautiful retreat
We came to this property with our adult children and their spouses. There were 10 of us with plenty of room to spread out and everyone have their own private space. Property was as described and. the location is remarkable, especially if you’re looking for a less crowded beach experience. Mark was very responsive to any inquiries. Our extended family just spent a week in this beautiful home. There were 10 of us including 3 children. This home did not disappoint. Beds were very comfortable, bathrooms well appointed. The kitchen had plenty of space and the living room was one of the best parts. Plenty of room for everyone to sit comfortably and play games or watch a movie. We will definitely be back!

Great family vacation!
We rented the property for a family vacation, with folks ages 3 months to 60 years. The property was right on the beach, allowing phenomenal access to move back and forth as the kids lost/gained interest. Plenty of beds for all the couples to have at least a queen, and plenty of seating space for hanging out. Would definitely recommend!

This was our first guy's trip.
This was the perfect place 10 men that all worked together some are now retired, we had plenty of room with the pool table corn hole boards getting a lot of use! the view was wonderful it was just the perfect gathering place.

Lovely Beach House
We had a perfect stay here! It was a great place for a family Christmas. Beds were super comfy, the views were amazing, everything we needed was provided. As an added bonus, they have plenty of baby gear such as high chair, pack-n-play, baby gates! We had a small issue with the washer and Mark was very responsive and quickly resolved the issue. We would definitely stay again.
