Getaway to our beautiful 2 bedroom | 2 bath Beachfront Condo. Located on the 8th floor, this condo sleeps 6 and is in the heart of Orange Beach, AL. Just imagine yourself on the balcony every morning while sipping your coffee. Or, you can enjoy the fantastic view right from the Kitchen and Living Areas with large floor to ceiling glass doors and windows. There is also a private parking space in the Covered Parking Area with easy access to the elevators, so you never have to search for a parking space and you won't get rained on. And yes, we have a Washer and Dryer in our condo, so you don't have to bring your whole wardrobe! Our condo is truly a place where you can get away from it all. Orange Beach, AL is a family-friendly beachfront town. This condo is conveniently located on the beach (no roads to cross over to get to the beach). Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, gift shops, marinas, bars and convenience stores. Some local activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, parasailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

We had a relaxing time. The location is great and very convenient. However we were disappointed in master bed which squeaked loudly! And maintenance had to come twice to work on the master toilet. It took 3 calls over several hours before they came the second time. There are no blankets and very few pieces of silverware ( no knives other they sharp ones)

A great getaway with family

We had an overall wonderful experience. The pool was great, and the kids had a blast in the splash pad area. Beach access was super convenient, which made it easy to enjoy the sand and surf. Our unit was good, though a bit dated, and the floors could’ve been cleaner when we arrived. But all in all, it was a solid stay, and we’d gladly come back again!

Great family vacation!!

We had an absolute blast! The condo was clean and management worked with us to secure an extra day. The only negative thing was that the kitchen needed more dishes/ silverware/ cookware. Several things were missing from what Brett Robinson used to require us to keep in our family owned condos. So I would assume the lists are about the same. Kitchen could use some attention.

the condo is maintained well, but a little dated. there were some small issues such as missing some kitchen items and a worn/dated couch, but it was clean and well maintained and a great view from the balcony! Location is good and has many options for eating and shopping around.

In Need of Updates

The unit was very dirty and in need of repairs. Lights were out, linens were stained, furniture was covered in dust and grime, and the furniture is well used. We contacted the property managers and worked out an agreement to stay at the property versus moving during our vacation. The location is the best feature as it’s quick access to popular stores and restaurants. Easy access to beach. Will not be using this unit or management group again.

Fun Family Weekend

We had a great time here! We are looking forward to coming back when our baby is big enough to enjoy the splash pad. The kitchen is a little sparse if you like to cook a lot, but it worked fine for us eating out for dinner every night.

Beautiful views, spacious for my our family of 4. In desperate need of a new mattress in the master bedroom, and unit could use a deep cleaning. Elevators are an issue in the building.

Short beach stay

We had a lovely time at this condo. The condo is a bit aged but well kept and had plenty of things to do. Be sure to bring ear plugs to sleep if you’re a light sleeper. No partying or rowdy folks just surrounding moments of folks. Beds were comfy. Kitchen was equipped but would have been great to have coffee filters or salt/paper. It was really nice having a washer and dryer in the unit to clean our clothes before heading home. Check in and check out was super easy !
