Avoid the crowds, the congestion, fighting for parking, and riding the elevator at all those overcrowded and overpriced condos!

Located in the heart of Orange Beach, YellowFin has all the charm and peaceful serenity of the beach you are looking for. In this open floor plan, you'll have a full kitchen with industrial sink, an oversized fridge and freezer with ice maker, and all the appliances you'd want, a dining room, great room with a 43" smart TV, and three decks to grill out, entertain, or simply enjoy this tropical setting. Make it your own Margaritaville!

The master suite, located on the main level, has a 32" smart TV, and is attached to a laundry room with washer & dryer and a luxurious bathroom with a shower, garden tub, and twin vanity. The master suite opens up to its own, private deck and seating overlooking the back lawn.

The second bedroom with a queen bed, has a 32" smart TV, and is located on the second floor looking out over its own sundeck. A second full bathroom is located between the second and third bedrooms. The third bedroom has a 32" Smart TV and has two sets of twin bunkbeds (4 beds).

There is an outdoor shower for washing sandy toes, and a wash down station for fishing rods and equipment. Room for 3 cars under the house and 4 more in the driveway!

Within two residential blocks of our house, you'll have access to 4 clean and quiet bayfront parks and beaches. Bring your boat with you! You can use our private, gated boat launch and marina (with use of our boat slip--30' max length--available upon request at no additional charge) that empties into Bay La Launch (the ICW), just steps from our house. Just two blocks in the other direction, you'll have use of an olympic & children's pool (heated in winter) with diving board and water slide, a total fitness center, lighted tennis courts, pickleball courts, gym with basketball courts, and game room, all for a nominal day-pass fee of $10 per day paid to the facility if/when used. If the pool is all you want, a discount pass for multiple visits is also available at the aquatics center.

*No booking will be accepted that is inconsistent with the requirements of the City of Orange Beach's Vacation Rentals Ordinance.

Wonderful Family Getaway

We truly had an amazing time and enjoyed the house and amenities immensely! The house was comfortable, clean, in a great quiet neighborhood, and close to restaurants and activities. Spring break vacation

This was our first visit to Orange Beach. Our son and family joined us for their spring break. The house was perfect for our visit and very clean, the beds were comfortable, everything was great. It was so nice we were able to bring our 3 year old Labradoodle. We were impressed how close we were wto beaches, parks and fishing. We could walk to many of the locations. The area was very clean and always felt safe the neighbors were very friendly.

Great house in very nice neighborhood!

This was the second time we have stayed at this house. It is in a great location with convenient access to both the beach and the bay. We enjoy taking walks in the very nice, peaceful neighborhood. Eating fresh tangerines off the tree in the front yard is a plus. :) Matt is right on it if you need to communicate with him. You can't go wrong staying here!

Perfect getaway!

This home was just right for our 3 day weekend. Quiet neighborhood, close enough to the water for our boat, could bring our fur babies, close to restaurants, great price, quick responses and easy communication with owner. Will stay again!

Absolutely perfect!

We wanted to come in earlier than our dates that we had booked because of the possibility of Ian. The host Matt made a special effort to get this done for us. Would recommend this rental to anyone that looks at the listing, and if you’re taking a boat down the neighborhood boat ramp and slip are really convenient!!

Great Location

We have stayed here on vacation for several years. Love the house, location and can bring our boat and leave it at the owner’s boat slip the entire time, which is really convenient. House is very clean and the owner is awesome to correspond with. Overall everything is great!

Great Place to Stay

Yellowfin is in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of privacy and is conveniently close to the beach and shopping. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a 4 day weekend, plus we got to bring our furry four legged family member who had a great stay as well. The owner is friendly and the whole process was very easy, thumbs up to recommending this property as a place to stay.
