It was one of the cheaper hotels. The rooms were covered in stains. Also the heater smelled like it was goi g to start on fire so we were cold at night.

The room was nice ,the water pressure in the bathroom sink was terrible. The shower took several minutes to get hot.the tub spout was crooked, the shower backsplash at the top had paint peeling,where the wall and ceiling meet it looks like mildew that had been bleached but didn't go away. I was very disappointed in my stay also there wasn't any socket cover on one of the outlets. So needless to say i don't think I'll be stay there again.so sorry.

Over priced, the property was in poor condition. For $250 $$, I would expect a cleaner room. The bathroom especially, the toilet was loose and rocked when you sat on it. The tud didn't drain when showering. However, the bed was very comfortable and the staff was nice.

We woke up on the last morning of our 2 night stay with bug bites. After searching for what could have caused them, we found bed bugs in the room. We took a picture of the bugs and showed it to the front desk. Gentleman at the front desk said we must have taken that picture from another hotel. Then he proceeded to blame the bugs on us for having takeout food containers in the room overnight. He initially refused to give us any sort of refund but after a call to Expedia he reluctantly refunded one of the nights. This was the second stay at this hotel after a long hiatus due to bugs and unsanitary conditions the last time we stayed there. We gave it a second chance hoping conditions would be better but that just doesn't seem to be the case. We would suggest sleeping in a tent versus staying at this hotel again.

With the Wyndham name on it, I expected at least some upgrading. Pictures online were much better than reality. Seems like some investment by parent company is called for. Front desk guy was helpful and pleasant.

Perfect spot for us to lay our heads down for the night, as we wanted a place close to Crested Butte. Staff was great and breakfast in the morning was convenient for our travels back home

Our room was very comfortable and clean. We reserved the king-sized bed suite, and we had plenty of room for all our vacation luggage. This was only an overnight stay, but we wished we could have srayed longer. The staff was fast and friendly.
