This property is beautiful and so well kept! The breakfast area is beautiful and the food was fresh and hot. The rooms were clean, the entire hotel smelled clean and the staff was so helpful!
Very nice hotel looks like new staff very helpful got some road construction but once is done will stay again good breakfast too I will recommend this to friends and family thank you
Pool was out of service which was disappointing. Morning breakfast didnt get refilled until i found a worker and asked if she could refill some items. Outside trashcan was full. Poor lighting in the room. Sliding door to bathroom wasnt functioning properly. Coffee tasted bland to me, which was disappointing. Emlpoyees were friendly though. And for 1 night while on the road, it was suffice.
The breakfast area was the nicest of any Hampton we've been in, and that is a lot of them. The queen beds were comfortable, and the big pillows were the absolute best we have had. Unfortunately, for some reason, the night clerk changed our King suite that we had reserved to a 4th floor double queen. This doesn't work well for us because my wife requires a night stand to set up her CPAP and other handicap eqipment. We called the desk about the room not being what we reserved and the clerk told us we were in the correct room. We were way too tired to argue the point. The day clerk told us the next morning that there was a mistake made and that we should have been in 222, not the 408 we were switched to. Poor service from an inexperienced clerk cost us a lot of inconvenience.
Although it was during the worldwide Microsoft outage and they couldn’t make the door keys, this staff was amazing about letting us in our door. They were so very kind!
The breakfast was very good. Beautiful and clean hotel.
