The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The pool was ok but that area seemed kind of run down. The included breakfast was the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. So good!

The hotel smelled of body odor and dampness when we walked in. The lobby was not out of the ordinary, so we went up to our room. The elevator had panel edges peeling and wobbled back and forth. When we got to floor 2, we got off the elevator to a damp and urine smell. As we walked down the hall to our room there was a bucket on the floor to catch water dripping from a pipe in the ceiling. Our room was damp and had black mold all over heater/ac unit vents. The floor was dirty and had human hair all around the edges and the sink. I had to wash the floor in the bathroom and entry way myself, to which the towel i used was turned black. The beds were disheveled, made, but not well. My 8 year old could do a better job. We went to swim and the hot tub was green. The pool room floor was slimy where wet from the pool water. The morning staff set out room temp food and looked miserable. Overall i would never go there again, and this is the 2nd holiday inn express ive been disgusted at. This chain used to be our family favorite for trips, now we will avoid them completely. We will use drury inns where possible.

We stayed over basically just to sleep. Got there about 10:30 pm. Staff was friendly. The hotel was fully booked when we stayed. It has been updated lately which was nice. Our bathroom had a small issue when we checked in but maintence was called and showed up promptly and fixed it. Sheets, mattress and towels were all clean and fresh. The bathroom had not been cleaned well. Could see cup rings on the counter tops and dirt and hair on the bathroom floor. Cobwebs in the corners of the bedroom. But it was quiet and gave us a place to sleep for the night. Did enjoy the pool in the morning, breakfast was mediocre.
