Nice upgrades, all you need for a quick stay.

This B&B felt like a boutique hotel with 23 acre of lawn, longan trees, palms and over 40 cats (and we loved them). You’re not living in the same house with your host, and each room is spacious and separate from each other. The kitchen is clean and spacious too. I think there are seven rooms/cottages, but we rarely came across other guests in the kitchen dining area or patio when cooking breakfast or dinner or eating meals. We love this place and will go back!

Clean, quiet, and comfortable, friendly staff. Property is older, nothing fancy, but much quieter than any of the resorts we've stayed at on Kona side.

Awsome plce

Sitting at the picnic table with my morning coffee, watching the sunrise over the lush hotel garden! Yesterday, walked 10 minutes to downtown, had breakfast at Booch Bar, then 3 more blocks to farmers market. Near market is the island public transportation stop (Hele on). Perfect location. Clean and quiet (except for all the birds and nighttime frogs!) Kitchen in room is a wonderful bonus.

The Inn is on a beautiful property that is accessed via a gate protected private road. The waterfall is amazing and very peaceful. It is not your standard hotel as there is no TV or standard amenities, however there is a common area kitchen space with shared refrigeration and appliances.
