Ok not great
The building and rooms were in rough shape. It was an old hotel that they tried to make look better by repainting the walls and by putting new flooring where the carpet was. Bathroom had old tile with dirty grout. The shower curtain bar was coming out of the wall not allowing the curtain to stay closed. The towel rack and lotion dispenser were also pulling out of the wall. The sheets and room did seem to be clean despite the condition of the building and furniture. The pool was okay. Water was cold and cloudy, but smelled treated. The side walls were green with algae. Breakfast was very basic. There was toast, 1 cereal choice, and waffles. No fresh fruit. Staff was nice and accommodating.

Our room we stayed in was unlocked didn’t need a key so anyone could walk in. Maintenance Came saying they fixed it but didn’t … didn’t feel safe at all.

Absolutely nothing like the pictures. The beds are super small. The room was filthy. The floors were disgusting. I didn’t even take a chance swimming in the pool. Overall, my young family and I were super disappointed. We definitely would not recommend this property to young families.

I like the fact that the hotel is right around the corner from a bike trail. We were able to ride our bikes all the way to Whiting to attend the Pierogifest .

Not as nice as advertised
Hotel is not a nice as the photos believe you to be. Everything is run down. Elevator inspection is almost a year overdue. Hotel hallways/rooms smell of weed. Breakfast offerings were below average compared to other hotels of similar price.
